Some of KH cronies have been telling us that Bomono is worth $10m to $20m A YEAR when it will start producing. Well it seems the TOTAL amount we will ever receive will not exceed $20m if this deal goes ahead. Yet we have spent some $90m on Bomono if I recall correctly?

In the event that any of the resolutions requisitioned by Crown Ocean Capital P1 Limited at the forthcoming Bowleven General Meeting on 14 March 2017 are passed, VOG has the right to terminate the Agreement.

cyman 3.4% combined with your pal is a large holding. You seem to be saying you have sold some but will vote against KH remaining withe the rest. Are you willing to let us know how many you and your friend will be voting and for who? If you don't want to say that's totally understandable. I'm just curious.

Agree Cyan, I am relying on my instinct and WShak's DD here. I think we probably will get around 50p with COC, not that far from my average. It's too big a hit for me to take if I sell now.

And WShak previously had them all up for sale at 35p but since has taken off the market. We all know BLVN should yield way north of that and it appears he thinks he will get an excellent return.

Cyman, this is also my thoughts as well. But I will take a chance staying all because of WShak. He has put his reputation on the line, and also his 4.5 million shares on the line as well.

I think coc will win the shares will get suspended then etinde will be sold off to a offshore private company for a song the cash will get divided up to shareholders at about 19p a share and blvn will get delisted then the coc gang and their secret backers will sit back and enjoy 20% of etinde production for the next 30 years I suspect le com will agree with some of the prediction and I can see nothing to convince me otherwise

The only positive thing I have heard since this all started is wshak and his trust in coc. He is a formidable investor and he makes his money by taking risks. You will hopefully do well following his judgement. My mind is open to change but nobody seems to be giving me the assurances that I want. The worst part was a 30 minute conversation with kh which just made me lose all trust in everyone

Even though I voted with the BOD, and I don't really trust COC. But WShak, has put his reputation on the line here by vouching for them. So I won't be selling.

I have no illusions as to their motives; making money.
I do not see them dumping and taking a huge hit if they lose the votes.
I thought COC had stated they were not a front for others? Ummm, we shall see
The game will go on.
I expect COC will soak up the sells next week and an share price weakening of a penny or two is quite possible.

It's not that straightforward my friend. There is a lot going on in the background and you and I don't know what it is. It concerns me that coc is a front for a buyer to rob us of etinde and in this scenario paying even 40p for 10 or 20% of the company would be profitable churn. Rest assured coc do not have your interests in mind

COC appear to have been buying the shares at over 30p. I don't think they expect to dump below that. I suspect they still calculate 50p plus is readily achievable.

Cyman, happy that you have made your mind up, I think I'm going to do the same. The likelihood of a happy ending is not looking promising. Coincidentally I've been a holder for a similar time, bought my first batch around 108p, then had the excitement of the Dragon Oil fiasco, then bought on various bits of promising news all the way down.
My average is about 45p so going to take a big hit. What a sad state of affairs. In the absence of further news I suspect by Wednesday my long relationship with Blvn will be over. Bit sad really.
