04/3/2017 07:07 | Absolutely right. Le on cannot be trusted and will ban anyone from his board that has the temerity to expose him.The whole issue seems relatively clear to me for investors that are looking for a return.KH has patently failed investors over & over again for yearsCOC want that position to changeAs an investor the choice seems to be to keep KH & his cronies in the lifestyle they have become accustomed to for years to come without an investor return OrVote for a change of direction that brings some accountability for continued failure.Worth noting that the loudest posters calling for people to back BLVN board are the same voices that have been spectacularly wrong when ramping BLVN over the years and sought to bully any dissenting voices off the threads | begorrah88
04/3/2017 00:18 | Lee (cheap pastillas!) is almost treated as the messiah on the other board by a few fella. Hilarious! Thieves of the thieves!! Beware some people can see the morally corrupt from miles away if you get my meaning ;) | durby
04/3/2017 00:06 | Kbrook for a confused person you managed to speak more sense in your short little post than most of the posters here. I think you have single handedly swayed me with my final tranche Le comm (JH) spot on with that last post. When the hype is gone the shares will settle down to nothingness again. There are no financially viable solutions on the table from any party. I shall be parting company with blvn next week after 5 painful years and I doubt I will be returning. | cyman
03/3/2017 23:48 | Winni boy - still waiting to hear why does the boss deserve his job! And what would you do when he is gone! | durby
03/3/2017 22:53 | Just got home and found a message from COC, in a Russian accent, urging my support for their motion. I don't think these guys will go away if they lose the vote narrowly next week. They now have too much skin in the game. | belo horizonte
03/3/2017 21:37 | jag thats one of the reasons for the impasse , no side willing to back down from their plans , ie camgov continue to insist on fertilizer and onshore power with lng , NA want quick and better return with flng - no chance of camgov allowing gas to go to EG etc etc and so the mess continues until blvn have wasted the cash , then what? eta camgov hold the cards here IMO , so either they get fertilizer and onshore lng or someone has to stump up a massive amount of grease to get flng | d1nga
03/3/2017 21:11 | I wonder if CamGov ever regret to have forced Bowleven to hand over the operatorship to Newage now. I think they can kiss goodbye to their fertiliser plant now. | tli8jaguar
03/3/2017 18:14 | Durby, You might want to have a think about that last post, you seem to be implying that KH is corrupt. | benjimun
03/3/2017 16:24 | Complete silence from the cronies since the holding RNS came out. Planning the next round of dirty tactics perhaps?! Go on then winney and leee - let's see how much dirt you can stir around! ;-) | durby
03/3/2017 15:49 | Well COC seem deadly serious....17.58% is avery big holding..If the II's are out then KH and cronies may well be out as well | hernando2
03/3/2017 15:49 | Benjimun - Best look for the next corrupt individual to worship. This round is up! | durby
03/3/2017 15:47 | KH, cronies and paid rse lickers on these BBs .... time to look for new jobs it seems ;-) | durby
03/3/2017 15:45 | RNS Crown Ocean casts its increased 17.58% holding IN FAVOUR of the resolutions and urges fellow shareholders to do the same Crown Ocean Capital P1 Ltd ("Crown Ocean"), a private investment company, has advised Bowleven PLC ("Bowleven" or "the Company") that it has acquired a further 3,750,000 ordinary shares in the Company and is now the beneficial owner of 56,390,099 ordinary shares in Bowleven, equal to 17.58% of the outstanding issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Crown Ocean also announces that it has today cast its votes by proxy, voting its holding in favour of the resolutions to be put to the General Meeting of Bowleven shareholders to be held in Edinburgh on Tuesday, 14 March. The General Meeting was requisitioned by Crown Ocean. Fellow shareholders will be aware that the last date for the Company to receive votes by proxy is 11.00am next Friday, 10 March but shareholders' brokers will have an earlier deadline, so it is best to instruct them as soon as possible. Shareholders casting their votes by proxy may also wish to seek confirmation from their brokers that their proxy votes have been recorded in the CREST system. Crown Ocean urges fellow shareholders to cast their votes in favour of the resolutions, which will then bring long overdue change of direction at the Company. | durby
03/3/2017 15:00 | Benjumin - Frankly speaking some of the arguments that some of you KH cronies are giving to save the incompetent lots is refective of a very sub standard intellect, as much as I respect diversity. You should try harder as it is becoming extremely painful to read those bullkaka. | durby
03/3/2017 13:49 | Normally in these type of situations, the BoD would put in the RNS the names of various institutions who would vote in favour of the directors. But what the Bowlevel directors keep doing is list the views of folks who you need to pay to get their views and have no stake in the company. Pretty disgusting really. | durby
03/3/2017 13:43 | I honestly think that they have found it difficult to meet or speak with New Age or the Cam government. That is why they are so nervous. | gark
03/3/2017 13:41 | So New Age CEO has no memory when he last met Bowleven, yet KH rse lickers keep insisting how valuable KH relationship with its partners is and why it is worth multi million dollar pay check. Yet these partners seem to have no recollection meeting this loser and money grabber. | durby
03/3/2017 13:39 | CoC have not been buying on the open market. Trading of shares are by speculators including Tom Willys sheep. | donpatrol
03/3/2017 13:38 | for this to happen i would expect COC to sell half of their holding. They have the power to do this but IMO wouldn't - why would they? | winnet
03/3/2017 13:37 | If CoC lose the vote then it's natural to assume we'd go back to that level. That's not spreading fear that's just being logical and rational. ____________________ At the AGM last December, there was a resolution for the BOD to buyback up to 48 millions shares which rejected by COC. I think that is the answer. Stop spreading fear. | tli8jaguar
03/3/2017 13:36 | I'd agree with that call on 20p. However, if the BOD wins I think a move back to 25-28p is very likely. | billytkid2
03/3/2017 13:34 | billy - quite right. But the future of the share price does not rest with these little traders, it rests with COC and other big investors. The only way this is going back to 20p is if COC sell out. | winnet |
