BNN as a company is unlikely to exist under the new arrangements. So no PR company required! The US based companies will have there PR partners already in existence

would BNN not require a different PR company possibly US based if they are merging with a US listed company, this maybe part of the reason the last PR company left/pushed/jumped???

It was a good spot by you, and I wonder how you found it out of all the thousands of companies quoted on the NASDAQ?


Moxian looks to fit the bill perfectly, and in fact I wonder how they remain n the NASDAQ as they really don;t seem to be doing much and their share rpice is a continual decline.


It would not surprise me if BNN are talking to them, both are China based, Moxian us running on fumes, BNN has cash, Moxian has a listing, and both are in need of a friend.

Its now going to be interesting what replies we will now get from the company now that the P R company is now not representing them , did they pack it in because they were embarrassed by the lack of info from bnn I got that idea when I spoke to them but thats just my feeling, is the 25 million slowly draining away into certain people pockets more time in takes longer the drain more money they get and us stupid shareholders just sit and watch

If the company has nothing of consequence in it but has a listing then it could be a very interesting move for both sides and would easy to sell in 18-24 months with decent income in the Chinese economy .

Just hope Trump doesn’t create a Trade nightmare with China

Know the company as it was me who high lighted it on this forum.
One thing has happened with Moxian is the share price has decreased substantially as a placing is expected.
If talks are with this company then the decrease in share price has to be reviewed in the share swap

Your information is correct and hence the radio silence from the company. An announcement is close, hence setting up the facility enquiry in readiness for the barage of questions which will follow. Keep the faith.

Skin. If l was a company about to be merged with other companies. I would cut all unnessary costs to ensure they max out on there value...makes sense in my opinion...
