I agree figures will be very poor with further large cash burn .

Which will mean any fund raising back end of 18 , will need to be done on a quoted market .

It’s just my opinion but if there is life left in this company it will need to have its ducks lined up and to move quickly .

Q4 7017/18 or 2017? H2 2017 as will be able to be determined form full results will be relatively poor. Q1 2018 (or Q4 2017/18) I expect to be better but the one I would really like to know is Q2 2018 and how business has been building up. How far BNN provide in any forward looking statement or post results statement we will have to see and the Company House detail may be financials only.

I'm not expecting at all BNN will come back to market here or Nasdaq, so any reference to 120p would only be on the basis of speculation of an offer price for BNN shares IMHO. Think that would be too high but would be delighted if that was the case of course.

Waiting and watching right now.

If it does come back at that sort of price l would expect about 60% dilution in the mix/merger agreement unfortunately! But this, subject to the mergers could rapidly rise. But we will just have to wait & see... long old wait 😬😬😬

I understand the delay has been down to addressing legally the structure of BNN in China and how it will be acquired. Very close to being done now, but like everybody else we have to wait to the day something suddenly appears on BNNs web site as their source of communication.

Your holding in any new company will be based on the value agreed on BNN and how many shares you get on the share value of the buyer .

But I agree at this point any deal looks better than where we are now

Hopefully the new company will be a little more responsive to its shareholders .

I was also informed of a deal in the summer and was given the sector the buyer was in I cannot disclose any more but I can see the business logic and complementary cross sell potential driving the deal dynamics

I will be astounded if that is correct .
The company will need to be producing some excellent figures to produce a value any where near those numbers .
I very much hope you are right , but expectations if we do get back on some type of market will be more like 30-40p at best .

But just my opinion , I know you have a substantial holding here 4 fold more than me so I wish you the very best on your information .

I was informed (by my source which i won't disclose so take it or leave it) at beginning of April that we would get news in June. I am expecting deal worth £1-£1.10 share. My holding would be worth 90% of what I paid for it at that level.
