Your holding in any new company will be based on the value agreed on BNN and how many shares you get on the share value of the buyer .

But I agree at this point any deal looks better than where we are now

Hopefully the new company will be a little more responsive to its shareholders .

Charles the value of bnn once swallowed by the buyer will no longer be of any consequence,the shares value will be aligned with the new company and IF we get 1-1 happy days.GLA

I was also informed of a deal in the summer and was given the sector the buyer was in I cannot disclose any more but I can see the business logic and complementary cross sell potential driving the deal dynamics

I will be astounded if that is correct .
The company will need to be producing some excellent figures to produce a value any where near those numbers .
I very much hope you are right , but expectations if we do get back on some type of market will be more like 30-40p at best .

But just my opinion , I know you have a substantial holding here 4 fold more than me so I wish you the very best on your information .

I was informed (by my source which i won't disclose so take it or leave it) at beginning of April that we would get news in June. I am expecting deal worth £1-£1.10 share. My holding would be worth 90% of what I paid for it at that level.

Newman, I agree time to provide an update of the progress being made, which l had expected during May. I understand a deal is still being worked on, but as always, at what cost to us shareholders is the big question!

And11. I hope you are right!! We have been waiting far too long now and the company needs to update us! Quite honestly it is getting ridiculous, and because of that I very much doubt the company is going to tell us fabulous news. Bet they just post another vague update that gives us no clue whether our shares have any value or not!!?? I hope I am wrong...but...

Sent another email today and explained that I seem to get a reply with a pre written answer .

At least this time the reply was more detailed and my mail would be passed to the board ‘ But ‘ again it comes down to the company will only announce news when they have something material to say .

So 5 months on , No deal looking close .... imo

Although he didn’t buy them he likes to come and rub salts into our wounds.
I suggest you all email asking for a update as it’s been 4 months and over 5 since discussions started.
