Yep mlf51, at least Mike has been able to directly check. Nothing is promised but short article headline indicates status, namely "BNN Still in the Game". Few weeks away to a long overdue investor statement maybe then, be it 2nd or 3rd time I think we have been in this situation.

I get the impression BNN as a business is now functioning fine enough and not about to go out of business for example. To me that means cash flow break even stage has been reached.

But it is a case of how can share holders establish some value as a result, looks like USA route is still the only route for that.

End Year results will be out in around 4 weeks time. They will look disappointing as previously posted but reflects the 2nd half of 2017 where the main senior management heads with authority were suspended, effectively suspending business development. We're now almost 6 months past those historical results and as far as I can tell the company has managed to move forward at least.

One thing we may have to consider is that the companies house publication of results may be just the financial report, with little or no commentary. We will just have to wait and see.

The fundamentals of the company have changed dramatically. It is a toxic company run by a charlatan who is has been exposed as a crook.

and11. The previous NOMAD and auditors have told you that it is unfit to be listed on AIM. It isn't an AIM listed Company.

Charles/Andy l agree many decisions have not been handled well by the board, but if you believed in the company pre- Sept of last year & What it was trying to achieve then you ride with it....The fundamentals of the company haven’t changed just some poor decisions by key board members relating to financial matters. Aim is very fickle & the shareholders particularly who all want to be informed as if they are major shareholders & seem to know how to run the businesses better than its executives & this doesn’t apply just to BNN. If your invested in many aim companies you will see the same conversations being repeated....until l hear differently I will stay positive on what I believe BNN will deliver going forward. BNN has had many highs & lows, but will return..

And then if you transpose that to how they make decisions involving the company and shareholders?

The non repayment of some of that loan, with funds from the forgotten 'bonus' were huge red flags for most people, IMO.

No updates of any worth to shareholders .
Well paid bod giving quick answers by email of no substance .

Excuse last year company under investigation so cannot give RNS

This year to date company goes private and announces in talks with two companies .

Company has the cushion of probably being in some type of NDA ?

New Chairman has continued the actions of previous board members

Director loans from company is complete mis use of company funds

Shareholders have no idea has this debt has been repaid or not .
