And11 and mates: now you guys are starting to think about BNN life. We are only 2 weeks max away from defining moment in BNN and this BB. And you have realised that (1) no results published = problem, (2) poor results (or worse, shocking news) = problem, (3) no buyer/integration = problem. And then you look at the last 12 months of no communication and bonuses/loans etc and other DM businesses, and it starts to make you sweat that the next 2 weeks have the potential for real embarrassment for some.

Skin, the company has not made any communication since February & not given any answers to shareholders emails & you tell us some tea lady gave you the information you wanted to know...l don’t think so. Carberry kite rang the company... sure you did donut...😂

I asked the same question on there new info email site still no answer so skin how is it they are talking to you and not replying to all our emails there is something very bad about this lot hate to admit it but the downers are going to be right hope not for us shareholders but my gut feeling and all the red flags tell me we being taken for a ride and they are laughing all the way to the bank as the law stands by

Bergsy, Invested in this company must be about 18 months ago first batch cost me 90p a share.. I have no reason to lie... Give BNN a call yourself. I just asked for someone who could tell when the year end results would be published, then asked a few more questions..

Despite BNN being private, I would seriously doubt anyone that answered the phone would admit that "trading has been poor"!

Wetwestwales, Yes agree,The shareholders main hope is that the Chairman who comes with a good track record might be able to negotiate some deal... I have written my investment off so any return now will be a bonus...

Skin: on the basis of your predictions, (poor accounts and no sale/integration) what will have changed ? Absolutely nothing ! All you guys can then do is wait another year until the next results are posted, and in the meantime moan about lack of info and post ‘good news’ theories. Crazy. By 6th July latest IF accounts are published, there MUST be some good news re trading or sale/integration for you to continue to believe there is hope. Anything less (or no accounts published) will be very bad news, and prove the doubters on here were spot on. As I said earlier, there are going to be some people embarrassed and apologetic for their past comments in the next 2 weeks.....I hope for your sakes I am one of them. But I look at the DM track record and am fearful for you investors.

Who did you speak with at the company? Anyone authorised to give out that information must of been high up.
I would think this is B.S. from you yet again like your other alleged conversations with nomad,PR firm etc!!

Wetwestwales my prediction... 1 Accounts published by 6th July ( BNN told my yesterday that auditors had completed their audit and have come back to the company with a couple of questions) 2 Trading poor (BNN also stated to me yesterday that trading had not come up to those anticipated) 3 On going talks with 2 companies from the NASDAQ..... Re possible reverse takeover.

Ok, I hope you are right and all investors get what they wish for. Allowing for a few days into July before Companies House publish the accounts, let’s say Friday 6th July as latest deadline, my predictions are: 1) no results posted 2) if they are they will be shocking 3) no buyer / integration. Deal ?

WetWest, I must agree at last to a post you have made... I will predict the following on your points... 1) yes, but how detailed not sure 2) average to poor, due to all the issues since Sept 17 3) sold not sure, but integrated yes... & as I have been saying, it will depend on what cost to us shareholders in the form of dilution versus the new value of each share...not long until we final understand where us lth’s stand...

Long time no see. It’s me again. Radio silence for a long time but I have been keeping a close eye on the BNN BB. Well guys, just 1-2 weeks away from the defining moment. Who will be proved right and who will be proved wrong? After months of hope, trolling, accusations, bitterness and nonsense, it comes down to these 3 points: (1) will BNN accounts be published ? (2) will they be good ? (3) has BNN been sold ? Those are the 3 questions that will define whether some need to lick their wounds and clear off, or others need to apologise and retreat with abject embarrassment. It’s going to be fun for the next few days. Anything less than full accounts published, c/w very strong trading, and/or a monster sell-out is going to facilitate cringe-worthy suicidal tendencies for many on here, or jubilation “told you so” for a few. Be careful what you all write and how adamant your positions are......only a few days to go folks until we find out who was right and who was wrong.......can̵7;t wait.
