Hi Andy, just managed to speak with someone at BNN who was fairly helpful. Stated that accounts due soon, trading slower than anticipated and still in talks with 2 companies regarding reverse takeover... Don't like the sound of trading slower than anticipated....

And why invite people to contact you if you have no intention of replying? It makes them out to be rude at best.

The cleaner as doing OK with her say nothing replies, so why change it?


I think a lot of people don't actually have contacts at all, just wishful thinking, but as the accounts publishing date approaches, cynics like me expect a corporate action to muddy the waters and deflect from them and the finer detail.

We shall see, not long now.

Believe new website facility been set up pending queries after merger/acquisition announcement. Reason why nothing coming out now is that there is nothing to be said until the M/A announcement is issued. What this does indicate is the imminent nature of the announcement which is why this "noise" from contacts is starting to appear. Looking forward to next week IMHO.

Let’s see what next week brings! Hopefully some positive news about the new integrated company & the way forward on the Nas. The dilution to us lth’s is what I’m interested in.. hopefully not too painful 😳😳😳😳

Hi Goldie, I phoned them up yesterday, stating that I hadn't had a reply to my questions, but no directors or anyone else around to answer them, said that I should give it another week for a reply. The lady that I spoke to said that she had seen Mr Mercer around recently, so I don't think that he is based in Hong Kong now...

Wasn't talking about company suspension but the suspension of the 2 Directors. That stopped the business development (like actively managing roll-out plans) in its tracks at the time and I know from the past some deals were missed (my guess they were recruitment services contracts from the University recruitment portal initiative).

Acknowledge Companies House rules means it is possible results could be published late but every source says they are on track and due, including answers to queries raised and posted on this BB.

We shall soon see on that for sure.

They can present results late, CH can be given reasons, and do have scope to allow it, so it's not a certainty, IMO, although I expect they will as they have been telling people they will.


I agree with PJ1, why would the suspension impact trading in any way at all? The clients are in China, the company is (or was) well funded, so there is no reason whatsoever why trading was affected.


If I rememember correctly they were coy over current trading at the AGM last year, and that was a red flag for me.

Companies House has many Companies with late (yet to be submitted) Results...… hardly squeeky clean are they?

Will definitely get news by 39th June for sure as that is the deadline for registering them with Companies House. But this is for the period up to End December 2017 and trading results will not be great due to impact on last years suspension + cash burn incurred of course. The more interests part if included will be post results commentary and progress. So for example BNN should be trading on a cash flow break even now on a month on month basis today but results will clearly not show that unless post results commentary provides such detail. So just have to see what is stated which due to the pending acquisition/merger may be nothing until that is announced as a separate statement (my guess). Does seem very close now so just have to wait to that day we get the news alerts on something being posted on BNNs web site. That announcement will be timed to match any announcement the USA listed company would have to make to the market.

Absolutely agree delboy! I’m sure yet another ban will happen for carberry kite...As discussed yesterday l hope there will be news before month end...but we will see. We have been promised this for many months, by various sources...good luck to all lth....
