14/6/2018 20:13 | sandcrab212 Jun '18 - 16:57 - 10612 of 10645 0 0 0 I'm expecting this thing to open at around the 120p mark Huge upside These fools need sectioning. | dianecarberry
14/6/2018 20:12 | Anyone heard the rumours that Mercer has been arrested in Hong Kong ? | dianecarberry
14/6/2018 19:21 | I am just hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Bad would be share equivalent value of 40p Range....outrageousl | newmanontheblock
14/6/2018 12:26 | You are right Charles D at £1.20 I would definitely be buying pints! I have a feeling there will be share dilution so £1.20 could equate to maybe £0.80 to £1.00. We are close to news now and fingers crossed it is good news... | wla2510
14/6/2018 11:39 | The Chairman told you what you wanted to hear i.e. ''chairman said the company were working on a deal that would greatly enhance shareholder value.'' What he didn't tell you was the ''starting'' value to enhance from. And which shareholders was he referring to? You have assumed 80p. | pj 1
14/6/2018 11:32 | In April 2017 BNN placed shares among institutions at 80p. In the last communication to shareholders the chairman said the company were working on a deal that would greatly enhance shareholder value. The main shareholders are supportive of DM and his team. I would hope therefore that any deal would be north of 80p as the institutions who supported the last fund raise would not want to declare a loss on this investment. The Nasdaq is awash with companies that have never made a profit but their technology is highly desirable or they are in a sought after market space. BNN will fit into either of these categories. | dlm2602
14/6/2018 11:18 | Skin18 . It is only guess work / gut feeling from everyone at the moment which is fine . My feeling is still 30-40p value but if £1.20 was achieved I will buy the first pint & I would think Wla would be buying the 2nd 😂 | charlesdarcy
14/6/2018 10:08 | Sandcrab, Hope that you are right about £1.20,but how do you arrive at that figure? Are BNN now trading at a profit do you know? | skin18
14/6/2018 09:56 | sandcrab, And £1.20 or more? What planet are you on? | andy
14/6/2018 09:26 | Sandcrab2 What planet are you on liquidation Last September the company had £26 million in the bank!! | genises
14/6/2018 08:08 | Last September it looked like liquidation Now, with break even, and with exponential growth, I will be disappointed if the directors settle for less than 120p | sandcrab2
14/6/2018 07:44 | You are welcome unicorns, as for PJ1,I think he likes you.GLA | mlf51
14/6/2018 07:16 | Thanks Mlf51 appreciate the feedback, had a look through the previous posts and there doesn't seem to be much for everyone to go on. I've written the money off as a bad judgement of error, im sure there are people worse off than me with these cowboys. Will keep an eye out on this thread. PJ1 - thanks for coming back but why such an angry unprovoked response calling someone Pathetic? Unless I have misread your post and you are calling BNN pathetic, if so then I am in agreement. | unicorns
14/6/2018 07:03 | Oh yes unicorn I forgot to say try not to be optimistic with your post's.GLA | mlf51
14/6/2018 06:49 | Pathetic. How can any information be ''inside''? In case you hadn't noticed they are no longer a listed Company The Company are free from any Market regulations to tell you what they want to tell you, and what you want to hear. Which actually they always have done lol | pj 1
14/6/2018 06:37 | Hi unicorns no inside info here, your best bet is to read previous posts and judge for yourself where we are currently. On a personal level I'm hoping for good news soon.GLA | mlf51
14/6/2018 00:50 | Hi All I have just found this chat forum and it seems to be the only place with some recent info on BNN. I’m in the hole like most people so keen to know what’s happening if anyone has news or insider information or Darren Mercer mobile number. On a serious note seems they may trade again is this right? Thought they were selling the company. Any info people have would be really appreciated. Cheers | unicorns
13/6/2018 20:20 | I don’t know any more than I’ve been told they are trading well. The information I have been given has been wrong before as has been pointed out. Pretty sure we will hear before end of this month, it has been long enough! | wla2510
13/6/2018 16:35 | Yes, There rolling 3year & 5 year contracts Charles...but as PC said earlier it would be interesting to see how they’ve progressed since all the problem’s from the end of last year... | and11
13/6/2018 16:00 | PC/AND11 . I again thank you for your superior input taken on board . Just a thought I had earlier I believe I read some 18 months ago that a lot of the contracts BNN had in China were for just 3 years ( hopefully renewable on a roll on basis ) . Can you remember this discussion | charlesdarcy
13/6/2018 15:12 | Believe BNN is at or nearly at cash flow breakeven now if not cash generative, so while its been cash burn to date, as a run rate they could be in a much better position today. Has to be guess work of course but "trading well" has an output which would support this view. Don't think there will be any fund raising as BNN will be acquired IMHO. Also and old post I made highlighted that most investment models for cloud based services today is opex related so don't have large capex requirements these days for service expansion as their used to be. Basically you pay more as your capacity expands fuelled by revenues. So once cash flow is positive it is easier to grow unless you have specific upfront costs. Or put it another way, data centre facilities for business expansion are subscription based, but onsite equipment is capex based. | perfect choice
13/6/2018 13:30 | Charles, I don't so any fund raising happening & its difficult to guess at this stage on cash burn, which will probably be irrelevant going forward for the business, but is likely to reduce existing BNN shareholders value in the new company. As PC has alluded to, BNN is unlikely to exist going forward & will be absorbed under the current discussions taking place. | and11 |
