19/6/2018 11:56 | I received it yesterday | mlf51
19/6/2018 11:55 | posted by Tod on MW site. From BNN "Dear Shareholders, We are writing to inform you of a new enquiry system which from today we have introduced on our website. All enquires are now being directed to this page; please follow the link below – hxxp://www.bnntechno We would like to thank you for your co-operation and patience with the company at this time. Kind regards, Mark Hanson Chairman BNN Technology PLC" | bergsy
19/6/2018 11:52 | Has anyone else recieved a communication off BNN regards the new enquiries page on their website? I haven't recieved anything but a poster over on the MW site has? | bergsy
19/6/2018 11:41 | Bit busy so a few quick comments: 1. Auditors have been replaced, rest not required to complete being acquired/merger 2. IIs will know what is going on, PIs are last to know 3. Can follow the logic on why thinking Moxian but they are not the company acquiring/merging, company is trying to break into China market (note budding buffet earlier post was on this same track), not already there and are larger I believe (which isn't hard) Back to work, bye. | perfect choice
19/6/2018 11:25 | Chrystalequity research has all the info on Moxian Large shareholders and insiders hold most of the shares so the deal will need to be right. With Bnn hitting the universities and it’s mobile payment system the two companies would fit in well. | genises
19/6/2018 11:01 | and11, The auditor and NOMAD definitely walked, there is no doubt. | andy
19/6/2018 10:47 | Andy, you keep saying walked! I say pushed or not required... my opinion your opinion! Ok... | and11
19/6/2018 10:46 | Ok Andy! I think my last post was very clear on PR going forward...that will support all parties, shareholders etc... | and11
19/6/2018 10:35 | and11, The difference between yourself and myself is you see auditors walking, NOMAD walking, and IR walking as huge positives, I see them individually as red flags, and all together as a massive red flag. The delisting allowed DM to rejoin the board, another positive for you! | andy
19/6/2018 10:32 | and11, I'm not missing the point at all, the transition will need to be managed, and BNN have a UK shareholder base. Once completed, the new company will still have significant UK shareholders, and there will be an IR requirement, and that will have to be managed by someone! | andy
19/6/2018 10:26 | Andy, your missing the point! It is very unlikely BNN will re-list in any form ... it’s more likely they will be absorbed into the Nas listed company & BNN’s name will be gone..no PR company requirement. US based company will provide this... | and11
19/6/2018 10:20 | JakNife, The stated aim of this company is to relist, so on that basis an IR company would still be useful, IMO. And yes, even if they do manage a deal and list on NASDAQ or elsewhere, that transition would work better with an IR company involved, again, IMO. After any deal there will still be shareholders in the UK. | andy
19/6/2018 10:16 | and11, An action group, if it represented enough votes, would have forced management to the table. An example of how not to do it was CTAG, where well meaning people without a clue took on the task. There were some institutional shareholders here, I'm sure enough votes could have been mustered to have threatened an EGM if the will had been there. | andy
19/6/2018 10:11 | Exactly Jaknife... | and11
19/6/2018 10:09 | BNN as a company is unlikely to exist under the new arrangements. So no PR company required! The US based companies will have there PR partners already in existence | and11
19/6/2018 09:58 | would BNN not require a different PR company possibly US based if they are merging with a US listed company, this maybe part of the reason the last PR company left/pushed/jumped?? | bergsy
19/6/2018 09:57 | I’m interested Andy! What do you think forming an action group would of achieved?? bearing in mind what they have been working on for the last 6 months or so! | and11
19/6/2018 09:54 | Yes Andy! Walked, pushed or surplus to requirements is the question....if they achieve what is being worked on at the moment, it would of been a wise decision..& wait we do.... | and11
19/6/2018 09:30 | Andy & Genises Moxian looks a perfect vehicle... Well done to both of you if this turns out to be correct ... very good find | charlesdarcy
19/6/2018 09:25 | goldie, Someone should have started an action group months ago. Auditors walked, NOMAD walked, IR walked, anyone notice a pattern here? | andy
19/6/2018 09:18 | Goldie .. That certainly is the image they are portraying ... | delboy39
19/6/2018 09:15 | Genises, It was a good spot by you, and I wonder how you found it out of all the thousands of companies quoted on the NASDAQ? Moxian looks to fit the bill perfectly, and in fact I wonder how they remain n the NASDAQ as they really don;t seem to be doing much and their share rpice is a continual decline. It would not surprise me if BNN are talking to them, both are China based, Moxian us running on fumes, BNN has cash, Moxian has a listing, and both are in need of a friend. | andy
19/6/2018 07:55 | Its now going to be interesting what replies we will now get from the company now that the P R company is now not representing them , did they pack it in because they were embarrassed by the lack of info from bnn I got that idea when I spoke to them but thats just my feeling, is the 25 million slowly draining away into certain people pockets more time in takes longer the drain more money they get and us stupid shareholders just sit and watch | goldie40 |
