I agree they have handled it badly from a communications point of view, but they have (or had) a healthy bank balance, and were trading, and possibly profitable, so in an awful lot better shape than any other company that has delisted in recent years.


I hope the results are good and the company expand on their future plans.

What can they say?

If they are in negotiations with other companies, then they will keep quiet until they are either concluded or abandoned.


AFAWK they still have a healthy bank balance, and they are trading, so if they are making a profit then all is good. If not, then you need to know how much they are losing, and the burn rate.


They will have to publish accounts at some point and distribute to the shareholders.


DM the 'dealmaker' is still there, surely that gives you a warm feeling?

Has his work cut out .
I invested in a public company on a London stock exchange .

Only to find myself invested in a private company now , who has decided not to communicate with its shareholders .

No idea of how it’s trading no idea of running costs .
No way of getting out .
Sorry for the negative post but no news is bad news here .

I see they have updated the website adding William Ramsey as the NED under leadership and governance and under company leadership. Last time I looked he wasn't mentioned. So hopefully they are getting their ship in order for some news.

As DM has a large holding, I guess you can expect he is pulling out all the stops to find a listing somewhere.

Sent email to company and this was their reply.

Dear Simon

Thank you for your email.

We understand that you and all shareholders are anxious to know more and I can confirm
that BNN plc were in discussions with 2 USA companies and talks have stalled in recent weeks. Both companies are unhappy at the charlatan Mercer being involved.
