14/2/2018 11:36 | greenarrow, It was the "infallible Andy" comment I thought a tad naughty, but fair enough, please accept my apologies if that were not the case. ------- I checked the Moxian accounts and what's not to like? Market cap $237 million. The Company had sales of $92,205 for the year ended September 30, 2017 compared to $21,479 in the year ended September 30, 2016. The slight increase in revenue is the result of the sales of software packages to third parties, coupled with a slight improvement in commissions earned from merchant transactions. Operating expenses for the years ended September 30, 2017 and 2016 were $13.7 million and $13.4 million, respectively. The expenses mainly consisted of depreciation and amortization expenses, research and development (“R&D̶ As of September 30, 2017, the Company’s current liabilities exceeded the current assets by approximately $4.1 million compared to $4.9 million at September 30, 2016. Cash on hand on September 30, 2017 was $18,494 compared to $76,580 as of September 30, 2016. The Company’s accumulated deficit was approximately $38.6 million and the Company has incurred losses since inception. | andy

14/2/2018 09:47 | No worries Bergsy. Obviously the Mandela Effect in play. I notice infallible Andy overlooked my direct question. | greenarrows
14/2/2018 09:45 | Moxian does seem a potential good fit with BNN and have their own XNA app, copied summary below. This could be a win-win situation for both companies. Also could be completely irrelevant and not one of the two currently involved or even the one eventually selected. This is all speculation of course on people checking publically available information. No impact on current negotiations, as would be pot luck if somebody focused on a company that just happened to be one of the two BNN are in discussions with. "Moxian, Inc. operates online-to-offline business. It builds a one-stop comprehensive solution with social customer relation management tool that tie with data analysis capabilities to allow business owners to engage in precision marketing. Moxian+ App provides its users a social media platform that integrates entertainment, commerce, shopping and customer loyalty reward. The company was founded by Brandi L. DeFoor on October 12, 2010 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China." | perfect choice
14/2/2018 09:39 | Greenarrows, your correct my mistake | bergsy
14/2/2018 09:36 | Like you have no interest in BNN? Yet keep posting | bergsy
14/2/2018 09:25 | PJ Troll Your research is purely to upset the shareholders here . Something you are not winning on . Such a loser in life | charlesdarcy
14/2/2018 09:20 | Bergsy - not that I can see. | greenarrows
14/2/2018 09:20 | bergsy 14 Feb '18 - 09:09 - 9678 of 9680 0 0 0 They are now feverishly trying to dig up any negative news on moxian and there directors! ==================== Isn't that exactly what potential stakeholders in that Company should be doing? I mean it is your/ their investment at the end of the day. I'd certainly want to know what any Company was supposedly going to do with my stake. I think its called research? Other than that I have no interest in Moxian | pj 1
14/2/2018 09:12 | Genesis, Actually that's a good bit of research there, it does look a good fit for BNN. Looking at the recent accounts, it DID make a small profit, before expenses, when it turned into a $13 million loss! So it could be argued it fits with the RNS it IS profitable in revenue terms, before all other normal expenses such as R & D are taken into account. | andy
14/2/2018 09:09 | Greenarrows it was stated In the RNS | bergsy
14/2/2018 09:09 | They are now feverishly trying to dig up any negative news on moxian and there directors! | bergsy
14/2/2018 09:08 | Andy - can you direct me to this "profitable" tag please? Cheers. | greenarrows
14/2/2018 09:05 | dlm . Interesting post ... Agree it is all guess work for now but remember the market view things very differently in the US and with some new deals to announce during the early part of the year we can look out for a enhanced value +++ imo . | charlesdarcy
14/2/2018 09:00 | Well, if it is Moxian then you have backed BNN into somewhat of a corner, especially if the Press pick up on it, which in turn could prompt a response from the Company. It would have definitely have if it was still listed, more vague now it's not. | pj 1
14/2/2018 08:55 | Gen / PC Posts this morning are excellent really interesting discussions over the next few weeks . Just got ignore and not reply to the trolls with the worthless posts they continue with here . I notice it is just not here though they are being disruptive and worthless elsewhere 😂 | delboy39
14/2/2018 08:53 | Also of interest is the fact that Moxian has a market cap of $237m or £170m. If this were a true RTO (where BNN hold the majority of the shares of the enlarged group) then the agreed takeover value of BNN would have to be in excess of £170m i.e a valuation of at least 71p per share. Whether that would be seen favourably by the market is a different matter! | dlm2602
14/2/2018 08:43 | Genesis, That is exactly the type of company that I would expect to be looking to do a deal with BNN. As I have stated previously, BNN's cash is very attractive to such a company as you have just described, although if they are running out of cash as you suggest, that does not fit the "profitable" tag from the recent RNS. | andy
14/2/2018 08:40 | delboy39 13 Feb '18 - 23:11 - 9661 of 9670 0 0 0 Pj . Been watching your posts elsewhere just last few days . Troll is spot on with your continuos negative comments . Considering the stock has not traded here for many months and state you own no position here I think it is very worrying your state of mind= ==================== You're stalking me then? You are also jumping to assumptions and we all know what to assume means. | pj 1 |
