I totally agree with you, it looks like it was designed by a 3 year old after consuming lots of sweeties.

As the first impression for a technology company, it's a total embarrassment, IMO.

Nice picture of DM though :-)


Ironically, Moxian, a company running on the last fumes of a director's loan (IMO) has a lovely well designed website, whereas cash rich BNN has not!

Maybe they have appointed them, who knows?

Remember the Co are now under no rules to update shareholders, as evidenced by charlesdarcy/delboys post above. Morally they should do off course, but BNN hardly rise to the occasion on that front do they?

The RNS on the 9th Feb stated "The Board has chosen a leading US investment bank to assist with this process and expects to formally appoint them in the coming days."
How long does "coming days" mean ?

I wouldnt expect news until next month.
First the accounts will need to be audited on value of company /assets/ cash in bank.
USA bank to come on board (expect fund raising)with the merge companies.
Legal paperwork etc.
Or the other scenario
Assets all sold off and the cash is given back to the shareholders

For good or bad it is now totally at the discretion of the Company what they tell you, including trading updates.

You can also relax knowing that no one has vetted or done any due diligence on any (future) update or trading statement. It will solely be in the opinion on the Company.
