19/3/2018 17:55 | Charlesdarcy, why do you say that? | newmanontheblock
19/3/2018 16:36 | Yes, This is the latest news: Sent email to company and this was their reply. Dear Simon Thank you for your email. We understand that you and all shareholders are anxious to know more and I can confirm that BNN plc were in discussions with 2 USA companies and talks have stalled in recent weeks. Both companies are unhappy at the charlatan Mercer being involved. Best wishes The BNN Investor Relations Team | highasakite
19/3/2018 16:35 | Is it R.I.P BNN ? | charlesdarcy
18/3/2018 18:44 | And trying to get the shareholders a return | garye1
18/3/2018 18:42 | Possibly the second half results are better than the first. But good news to see the company is still trading looking forward to hearing about new contracts .And how the older ones are doing and been managed . Management team must be very busy on managing the contracts | garye1
16/3/2018 10:09 | Redhill, Well DM is still with he company, and everyone wanted him to stay, he's the "dealmaker", so you all should be relaxed about progress, and wait for DM to deliver. Calling the company is futile, they will release news when they're ready. | andy
16/3/2018 10:05 | ''I was answered by accounts will be released in July 18 .'' eh. They fobbed you off (never a good sign). You should have pushed more You asked for the ''last 6 months trading turn over only''. That would be Sept 2017 to end Feb 2018? i.e. the last 6 months trading. Maybe a more honest answer would have been ''we do not know'' for blah blah blah reasons (they will know or could have answered Aug to Jan!!!!) They answered you with a scenario they cannot answer as HY to June 2018 is in the future, which should be released in August.(I wouldn't hold your breath). No-one can answer that question. So they fobbed you off and probably regarded you as a dim wit to go with it? Lovely way to treat those who have invested in it. edit- well done for asking though, its never easy. its 100% more than most will have done on here! | pj 1
16/3/2018 09:55 | I spoke to BNN this morning and they say the 2 USA deals are close to collapse. | highasakite
16/3/2018 09:47 | Spoke with BNN yesterday and as a shareholder in a private company I asked for some information on the last 6 months trading turn over only . I was answered by accounts will be released in July 18 . It continues to be business as usual ... shareholders to keep guessing . | delboy39
15/3/2018 11:09 | I'm taking the view that "no news is good news", i.e. it means the merger negotiations are ongoing. That may be a "glass half full" viewpoint but in the absence of any news to the contrary it seems to me the most likely position. | redhill9
15/3/2018 09:05 | bergsy-If it has sunk in then why did you ask ''If they are in the middle of progressing a deal then for sensitive issues they probably can't release news to the market''? ''probably''?? | pj 1
14/3/2018 21:26 | As the company is now de-listed! I’m not sure why you 2 k n o b heads are still here... get a life & annoy another board 😂😂 | and11
14/3/2018 21:07 | Sent email to company and this was their reply. Dear Simon Thank you for your email. 14/3/2018 20:34 | bergsy 14 Mar '18 - 13:36 - 9888 of 9888 0 0 0 If they are in the middle of progressing a deal then for sensitive issues they probably can't release news to the market ==================== It's not quite sinking in is it? They have no duty to inform the Market, as they are no longer listed. The stock market would not be interested as no one can trade the shares. They may wish to update shareholders as and when, maybe you should visit them as you own part of the Company (I assume?) The ball is in your court to chase the Company for information, it can no longer be 'inside information' as their shares are not being traded on any 'Market'. | pj 1
14/3/2018 13:36 | If they are in the middle of progressing a deal then for sensitive issues they probably can't release news to the market until ok'd by lawyers , banks etc. Sit tight and hopefully we will receive news soon. Very frustrating waiting I know. | bergsy
14/3/2018 08:46 | newman, BNN have announced they re in talks with two American companies, and DM is still involved, so you should just be relaxed. You still have all your shares. | andy
13/3/2018 08:08 | What's new? No-one has ever had a 'clue' what's going on with the Company. I would have thought you would have accustomed to that by now? | pj 1
13/3/2018 02:55 | Anyone got any clue what is going on with BNN at the moment? No news for a month!! | newmanontheblock
05/3/2018 15:30 | Sent email to company and this was their reply. Dear xxxx Thank you for your email. We understand that you and all shareholders are anxious to know more, but I'm afraid there is nothing we can add to the attached statement at the moment. If you would like to be added to the list to receive email updates, please let us know - we can then keep you informed of news more directly. Best wishes The BNN Investor Relations Team | peschi4650 |
