that BNN plc were in discussions with 2 USA companies and talks have stalled in recent weeks. Both companies are unhappy at the charlatan Mercer being involved.

Possibly the second half results are better than the first.But good news to see the company is still trading looking forward to hearing about new contracts .And how the older ones are doing and been managed . Management team must be very busy on managing the contracts

Well DM is still with he company, and everyone wanted him to stay, he's the "dealmaker", so you all should be relaxed about progress, and wait for DM to deliver.


Calling the company is futile, they will release news when they're ready.

You asked for the ''last 6 months trading turn over only''. That would be Sept 2017 to end Feb 2018? i.e. the last 6 months trading. Maybe a more honest answer would have been ''we do not know'' for blah blah blah reasons (they will know or could have answered Aug to Jan!!!!)

They answered you with a scenario they cannot answer as HY to June 2018 is in the future, which should be released in August.(I wouldn't hold your breath). No-one can answer that question.

So they fobbed you off and probably regarded you as a dim wit to go with it? Lovely way to treat those who have invested in it.

edit- well done for asking though, its never easy. its 100% more than most will have done on here!

I spoke to BNN this morning and they say the 2 USA deals are close to collapse.

Spoke with BNN yesterday and as a shareholder in a private company I asked for some information on the last 6 months trading turn over only .
I was answered by accounts will be released in July 18 .

It continues to be business as usual ... shareholders to keep guessing .

I'm taking the view that "no news is good news", i.e. it means the merger negotiations are ongoing.

That may be a "glass half full" viewpoint but in the absence of any news to the contrary it seems to me the most likely position.

It's not quite sinking in is it?

They have no duty to inform the Market, as they are no longer listed. The stock market would not be interested as no one can trade the shares.

They may wish to update shareholders as and when, maybe you should visit them as you own part of the Company (I assume?)

The ball is in your court to chase the Company for information, it can no longer be 'inside information' as their shares are not being traded on any 'Market'.

Sit tight and hopefully we will receive news soon. Very frustrating waiting I know.

BNN have announced they re in talks with two American companies, and DM is still involved, so you should just be relaxed.
