13/2/2018 11:06 | That is my expectation as well dlm2602 although until the deal is announced nothing can be certain. But my take is BNN is gone now as a tradable share in UK markets and with a deal done, BNN assets will be owned by a listed USA company and we will have shares in that USA company. Don't expect the cash option but that is purely my own personal view. credock your share centre shares in BNN are still there, I guess the share centre remove them form your portfolio as cannot be aligned to a market. I would contact share centre and just confirm their arrangements. I have some shares held with AJ Bell Youinvest and they are still in my portfolio but are showing in "black font" as cannot be associated with a market. Its just how the different providers show the current situation so I would just contact them. Effectively they are now holding on your behalf shares in what is now a private company. I would expect share centre to be able to trade the USA company shares if this all reaches conclusion as anticipated. As to value of those shares? Well this BB has had views of between 10 and 60p I believe from other posters. And then there is that RNS statement "a deal which if delivered should greatly enhance shareholder value." Always wary of such statements as I could interpret that to mean "at some time in the future" not immediate, so will have to see what comes out of these negotiations. the fact that there are two companies interested is encouraging and while BNN "as was" is effectively dead, I consider the China transaction engine business model to be of huge potential still (which is why these 2 companies are interested) and IMHO you might as well see how this develops in 2018, if this deal really happens of course! | perfect choice
13/2/2018 11:05 | Correct delboy, 100% BS | ssc85
13/2/2018 11:04 | PJ Where did your inside information come from on the reason of the Nomad ? Or is it just more troll made up lies to make people feel bad about there investment . Just more fake madeup lies | delboy39
13/2/2018 11:03 | Credock not sure why you’re seeking advice from the posters (trolls?) who have sat here for months generally aiming to antagonise holders with negative predictions and opinions. These are the very same posters who despite constantly maintaining they have no position have ramped up their activity 10fold in the last few weeks (which to me suggests they may be short all along and *gasp* may not have been 100% truthful on an anonymous message board). The equation is simple, if you legitimately bought shares in BNN you still own shares in BNN. If you have queries, contact the broker you bought them through directly, don’t rely on strangers on a message board! For what its worth, the noises I am getting is that if all goes to plan we’ll be renamed for the 3rd (and hopefully final) time and be based in the big apple... Expecting some dilution early on but hopeful of recovery and growth in the coming months/years. Until things get announced nothing is for certain but all the info I’ve heard in the last few months has been accurate which suggests the cash pot and contracts strength is in a good place - despite the repeated speculative opinions to the contrary posted above by those in no way involved with the business. | ssc85
13/2/2018 10:50 | Yes your right. I mis-understood/ mis-read credock's question. | pj 1
13/2/2018 10:47 | PJI, Not sure i follow your logic. If a US company takes over BNN they will either pay for it in cash (i.e 50p for each BNN share), pay for it in shares (i.e 2 BNN shares for 1 USD list company share) or a combination of the above. In either of these cases BNN will be incorporated into the US company and effectively disappear. It would be the individual shareholders of BNN that will own the US shares and not BNN itself. If the US companies walk away, or BNN cannot agree to a deal, then BNN will remain a private company. The last RNS suggested strongly that a deal would be struck that would be greatly enhance shareholder value i.e higher than 41p as I read it. Shareholders who still want to be part of the BNN China story would prefer the US shares option rather than cash. It would also (I think!) have CGT benefits as CGT would be deferred until the US shares were sold. I'd imagine this would be the preferred choice for the large investors including DM. If you have had enough of BNN and want to get out as quick as possible the you would sell your new US shares. | dlm2602
13/2/2018 10:45 | No. Not nothing. There is some value somewhere. If that will be realised for Shareholders I have no idea. I'd expect to realise far less than 42p if I were you. It depends how bad the balance sheet is currently, which is unknown. I believe one of the hurdles in getting a NOMAD was that the Company needs funding in the near term, and II support whilst suspended was poor. | pj 1
13/2/2018 10:36 | I don't know Andy ? Pj seems to think we will get nothing back . | credock
13/2/2018 10:33 | credock, Do the Share Centre trade US stocks? And if so, do they trade OTCBB stocks? | andy
13/2/2018 10:14 | If it was a listed Company then BNN would probably become a share holder in the Company. RTO and the funding can be extremely complicated, but It is safe to believe the ticker BNN has disappeared for good, along with most of your Investment imo, so the answer has to be No? | pj 1
13/2/2018 10:08 | Hi . I had my BNN shares with the share centre. They have now been taken away off my page with my other shares on. If BNN join up with another company etc will the shares be listed back at the share centre ? . Thanks for any info on this. | credock
13/2/2018 08:49 | One did read the RNS properly. | andy
13/2/2018 06:26 | One must read the RNS properly Further details of this arrangement will be provided to shareholders in due course. | genises
12/2/2018 22:29 | Veg, :-) I couldn't find it on JP Jenkins either, does anyone know if it's online yet please? | andy
12/2/2018 17:23 | Yeah thanks Veg . Glad to see you are still around . Don’t get mixed up with the trolls You are better than that . | charlesdarcy
12/2/2018 17:17 | VEgpatch, Are you sure it wasn't "on the sauce"? | andy
12/2/2018 17:01 | Just looked up BNN on JP Jenkins s - can’t find it Is it Trading yet? As for all the people who think it should have listed in the US intially - well I think the rules would have prevented that (remember Ayeshias claims of 400p minimum from her (?) sources”. Think on the bright side if it had listed in the US you would never have heard of DM, Peter Krens etc and probably have saved yourselves a packet.... | vegpatch
12/2/2018 16:53 | Del I hope we here a little sooner on a update but I agree with early April to complete a deal . | charlesdarcy
12/2/2018 16:46 | I don’t think we will hear much more for at least 3 weeks . With hopefully a deal completed by early April . | delboy39
12/2/2018 16:18 | Would be nice if BNN could update us on trading, give us investors something to base a share price against. What are thoughts on timings of this RTO ? | bergsy
12/2/2018 12:14 | Ot. Perhaps and I really hope, becaise I'm down there, Biome will deliver something good from the recent change in bioplastic world. EU will ban plastic bags and coffee cups and in the next years literally all food producers or coffee chains would need to start using bioplastic supplements, like bags or coffee cups. Biome is old underperformer, but who knows what will happen if one day they really start selling own cups made of potatoes? Fingers crossed. | marmar80
12/2/2018 10:12 | £100.2m. Unsure of outstanding options/ warrants that would dilute It had a stockrank of 1 out of a hundred. A 2017 p/e of x3. | pj 1
