I'd also guess DM doesn't give 2 hoots about you, all IMO, but you carry on supporting him.

Id certainly have a grudge against DM if I held shares in this Company, following his unethical and self serving actions, resulting in suspension of himself and the shares. I wonder if he's going for a hat-trick?

It's your cash though, you support the charlatan if you want to.

I presume it's the 2 trolls named at the start of alteregos post. The 2 who obviously hold grudges against DM in my opinion.

The NOMADS fees would have been via signed contracts, which work both ways. They may have refused to pay the Bill I agree, but not for that reason. It ties in with my suspicions the NOMAD was struggling to find II support for any other placings, hence BNN entered into default on contract. If so a Court will sort it out

Of course the Nomad quit, BNN refused to pay their excessive bill.

if the company was approached and a deal looks certain between two companies would they still needed to find a nomad and relist.

Interesting new contract signed recently by Moxian.

Yijun Yin, General Manager of Moxian Shenzhen, added, "By adding Baoyanghui's merchants to Moxian's platform, and allowing its users to benefit from the rewards and offers on the Moxian+ platform, we believe cooperation with Moxian will enhance Baoyanghui's merchant and user growth. Baoyanghui boasts more than 29,000 merchants and each merchant has its own users base. We will continue to explore new platforms for such collaboration to enhance further growth of the Moxian+ platform."

Thanks ripplevale. As the more of us are able to independently validate information like this the better. 2 items I knew myself as mentioned.

Everything is still intentions until the deal is agreed so will wait and see. But getting a feeling we are getting closer to that deal.

As mentioned the business in China hasn't been sitting there static and doing nothing. The local business has been progressing the initiatives be it later than intended.

Can I comment on the AtlerEgo email although I am reluctant to do so? There has been quite uninformed nonsense posted in the last week or so that I have ignored.

From my own sources/knowledge, I can validate just about everything he/she has said, especially about the NOMAD. They 'resigned' the NOMAD as the costs were quite silly and the notion that they couldn't have sourced another one is simply fantastical.
===============================================================================
So you are all invested in a Company that has blatantly lied via RNS,

''BNN Technology (AIM: BNN), a London-listed Chinese technology, content and services company, today announces that Strand Hanson Limited, its Nominated Adviser, has resigned with effect from close of business on 9 January 2018.''

I can confirm my telephone conversation with the ex NOMAD who confirmed they had ''Quit''!!!!

This gets better!!!! The BB is full of ramping 'fake news' posters

Out of interest, which "two trolls" have been identified and "will be dealt with"?

They must have told you, so why not name them?

PC,

But the charges were discretionary, and they could surely have replaced the NOMAD in such a situation?

If nothing was wrong, why couldn't a new NOMAD be found?

I had heard the Nomad pushed up their charges during suspension (took advantage of BNNs situation?) so there is a case it was unreasonable? If point 5 true, wasn't aware the new chairman told them where they should go!!!

Also heard of the MBO being considered at one point. Rest is news to me but 2 I do recognize myself.

Not actually surprised about the £20M, BNN revenues are increasing, not break even cash flow yet but cash burn has been decreasing. China Singles Day in November may have actually been a very fruitful event for a monthly peak income for example.

Myalterego .

I thought this week might be interesting BUT your email has blown me away .
What you have written is clearly what you have been told as knowone could make this up .

I find it mind blowing that they can suspend the stock without the support of the major shareholders backing their decision , especially after the PWC investigation .

Why is it the stock did not come back to the market in early January?
Why didn’t DM deal with the loan situation as this has caused him and the company endless trouble ?

What is being done about the loan now ?
Let’s hope a deal is done and DM cleans up his position and takes a cut in salary and lines up a new lucrative deal on profitable performance contract .

A very interesting post by you and I look forward to reading replies on your findings .
Well done 👍

2 ''There is apparently £20 million left in the coffers''

At what date did the Company confirm this cash balance?

myalterego,

Out of interest how can they sue the NOMAD for the fees he was charging?

They had an option, pay or decline his services, they were discretionary, they made the choice, not the NOMAD.

Who are "the shareholders" you refer to please?

Isn’t it amazing what you find out down the pub…….
And wetwestwales and highasakite can comment as much as they like – here’s 8 things we should all know.
1 Rumour has it the former CFO knew he was getting dismissed after he promoted one of his assistants up to Deputy CFO, a role which was never considered for her. After all the allegations he made the PWC investigation didn’t find anything more than say doing 33mph in a 30.
2 There is apparently £20 million left in the coffers
3 Mancroft and Keiley asked DM to go to China representing BNN TWICE while he was suspended – which he did. Isn’t that mad considering they suspended him?
4 Mancroft & Keiley wanted £700k to go – the Shareholder’s were having none of that and they left with 3 months notice – and without any indemnity insurance. They should be sued – they devalued the business by their actions in suspending the shares in September. Contrary to the suggestion that they left because they were unhappy with things, in fact the key shareholder’s including institutions removed them and had they not gone, were prepared to call an EGM to force them out.
5 The NOMAD was charging £70k/month. The going rate is £35k/p.a. The new Chairman – who obviously has got a grip of things refused to pay – so the NOMAD resigned. Maybe they should be sued as well? Rumour has it some of the larger Shareholders are considering it.
6 Strong rumour has it that all of the key shareholders want DM back on the Board……On any view he did all the deals that created the business in the first place and without him right now this thing collapses. Furthermore I hear that it’s only that he has so many pals invested in BNN that stops him doing a cheekily priced MBO for which he has boatloads of funding.
7 Assuming the deals on the table are concluded there will be significantly more than 42p to come back – or of course pay if you’re short !
8 A bit of gossip – Is Mancroft paying any tax in the UK? And if not why is still sitting in the House of Lords?
And finally it seems that the identities of our two favourite trolls are known and that they will be dealt with in the appropriate manner……..
