Logically looks a candidate for one of the two companies. Not searched for accounts yet but are they currently profitable as I it seems talk is about a "profitable" USA company.

One thing on cash flow, I asked Scott at the AGM could he confirm BNN would become cash flow positive by end of Q4 and he said that was definitely the case. Now events have blown those timescales out of the water but if all business initiatives are still in place and are progressing as intended but have slipped 3-6 months, then that means BNN could reach a cash flow positive situation around June time so 4 months away. So that is definitely an attractive situation for a USA company.

This is all guess work of course as we have no idea of the actual status of all the business initiatives, apart from a few snippets (if valid) of people saying they are all in place and progressing still. But I recall the plan for the local government and motorist apps for example, where pilots had only just been planned or started, before the suspension commenced. If those pilots (plus all other initiatives/services) completed and rollout has since commenced (1.5 years for the local government app), then BNN has a steady route for incremental revenues and so cash flow generation, which would be very welcome for an acquisition/merger with a USA company. Management costs are lower now as well!

All opinions only of course and DYOR!

perfect choice

Think I have found the company Bnn will be tranfering it’s assetts and cash for shares.
Both BNN and moxian has contracts with Xinhua news.Moxian(gaming/advertising)
Ecommerce ,data and advertising with a license.
Strong team of directors on lower pay
I wonder if Bnn will be selling part of the assets football to reverse the money it receives into the company.
Shares in circulation 67 million $3.5 a share.60 million shares still not issued
Running out of cash and income not sufficient to sustain the company.

I wonder if DM will be given another bonus if the deal completes?

Say enough to pay off the remainder of his loan due last December perhaps?

That would tie things up nicely.

Bergsy .

If BNN are having a 3rd name change
It must be that they will reverse into a company and take a leading role imo .
The enhanced value will be being on a US market ( hopefully Nasdaq )

Any new deals put into the newco would have a much stronger appeal in the US than it would through Aim

"Sounds like it is a shell company if BNN was the main part of the set up .
It would be a very smart move if that was the case and that would be where the enhanced value would come from" .
=======

Charles,

Can you explain that one a bit more please?

I can't see where you think the enhanced value is being created.

Well if as some have stated it's a RTO were Bnn are the lead company and the US company smaller in order to give BNN a presence on the US stock market that clearly rules out Apple! Lol

Looking at nasqtec companies who are in china already, taking on Bnn assets will in the medium to long term enhance the share value of the USA company.
Case of who
Ten cent has a subsidiary on nasqtec and I can see Apple would be interested in an opportunity to enquire a large network of new customers through the subsidiaries.
Case of wait and see

Charles that stated in the rns that the 2 companies of interest were profit making companies, this would indicate not shells? Or am I mistaken?
If it is how you say then can you explain were the enhanced value comes from? Is it because they would be rerated for US market?

Thanks for your post today .
Interesting if BNN takes on new name .
Sounds like it is a shell company if BNN was the main part of the set up .

Lse forum has gone
At the moment history of companies last visited has been lost for Bnn
For posting go to free B.B. epic and tap in Bnn and it still shows the company.

ssc85,

To be fair, he said "one of the hurdles", he did not say they couldn't get a NOMAD.

I would doubt they need funds, as per the last update by PWC, they looked to be quite healthy a few months ago, so even if down some now, they should still have a substantial sum left in the bank.

I would imagine that is one, if not the main attraction, for the potential suitors!
