18/2/2018 11:53 | Andy just for your info I have never made a guess I don't have the time or the inclination to discuss things that are not relevant to my investment. Should Moxian or any other company become relevant to BNN then it's worth discussing imo.See you soon. | mlf51
18/2/2018 10:37 | I wouldn't say "trying to stop the discussion on Moxian", with me it's more a case of not being convinced, or enthused, by the possibility. If you are correct then congratulations are due for your research and if you're not then at least it was an interesting speculation. Incidentally, and this may be a stupid question as I haven't researched the person concerned, are you convinced that the PWC guy and the Moxian director aren't two different people with the same name? I'd have thought it unlikely anyone working for PWC would be allowed to have outside directorships but if so then using knowledge gained from his PWC position to form a link/merger/takeover with BNN through his Moxian directorship sounds on the face of it a possible conflict of interest? More speculation! | redhill9
18/2/2018 10:26 | mlf51, OK you can stop guessing the rest of us are happy to speculate and discuss, as people do on this BB every day of the week. With respect, nobody is forcing you to read these posts. I sense some people are trying to stop the discussion on Moxian, I am surprised that people aren't picking up on someone working at PWC in London whose duties encompass M & A, and also being a director of Moxian, is a bit of a coincidence! | andy
18/2/2018 07:05 | Milf ++++ I have been getting many private messages about this B.B. Unfortunately it has been taken over by trolls who are not satisfied with a couple of posts per day and just dominate with negative comments . | delboy39
17/2/2018 23:07 | Oh Dear. mlf51 - 03 Jan 2018 - 11:04:57 - 8613 of 9818 BNN Technology plc - BNN Give me a choice between ayesha and the doom mongers I'll take ayesha and anyone who has a positive spin anytime, plenty of time to castigate people, if you so choose, if/when the end happens.GLA mlf51 - 28 Jan 2018 - 18:00:59 - 9140 of 9818 BNN Technology plc - BNN delboy I can't read what the junky has just written (filtered) so at the risk of repeating please thank your friends for their insightful thoughts and wish them well on their new investments and perhaps, if this is as bad as they suggest, more research should be done on them. ==================== ''delboy I can't read what the junky has just written (filtered) so at the risk of repeating please thank your friends for their insightful thoughts'' Another supporter of a proven liar and his friends lol. mlf- Nil credibilty | pj 1
17/2/2018 05:56 | My view is stop guessing, give yourself a break and wait for confirmation of the deal. | mlf51
17/2/2018 00:18 | bergsy, Yes of course, and I could be completely wrong, that's what a discussion board is for. Other views are welcome. | andy
16/2/2018 23:46 | Lot of surmising going on here! | bergsy
16/2/2018 22:15 | Andy, no wonder they only released the cash in bank figure then? And the secrecy that followed I wonder what net current assets were. | pj 1
16/2/2018 22:11 | PJ, Yes especially when one of their directors works with PWC and they ran the eye over BNN in September! It looks like a really good fit to me. | andy
16/2/2018 20:03 | Andy, indeed. If Moxian are fighting for survival as you seem to have proven, then surely they (Moxian) will have looked at ALL options. Including BNN? | pj 1
16/2/2018 20:01 | No one winding anyone up. Seriously I see the sports lottery being sold off with the football and the rest to merge into this company with upto £30million. December results are out for Moxian and they are out of cash. | genises
16/2/2018 20:00 | PJ, Well said, I think there are some good synergies, especially as PWC were involved checking out BNN after the allegations and suspension! And the guy is also a director of Moxian? I guess its the same guy, it looks like it to me if you read the Moxian director profile and hos LinkedIn profile. | andy
16/2/2018 19:10 | Guys stop guessing! I dowt this is the company so stop winding each other up about this... just wait or look at other alternative, which by the way there are hundreds | and11
16/2/2018 18:03 | Genesis, Mixoan ARE profitable at the operating level, before costs and writedowns are included, they made around $92,000 in revenue last year. You then have to take into account all the costs and write downs and they made thumping great loss. Could that be classed as making a profit? I don't know, maybe barking up the wrong tree but as Moxian are out of money, this does look like a good fit. Add in the guy that works for PWC, and it looks like it could be a realistic fit, IMO. "We have generated $92,205 and $21,479 in revenue for the year ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively. Our losses have principally been attributed to a lack of recurrent revenue whilst operating overheads such as selling, general administrative, advertising agency fees, impairment charges, depreciation and amortization and research and development expenses have to be incurred." | andy
16/2/2018 17:55 | Genesis, Have you checked LinkedIn? There is an entry there for someone who works at PWC, I wonder if that is him? | andy
16/2/2018 17:00 | dim2602 No where have they mentioned in the RNS the two companies in the USA are profitable | genises
16/2/2018 16:56 | Mr. Ajay Kumar Rajpal is Non-Executive Chairman at MNC Strategic Investments. Not much in the bank Andy | genises
16/2/2018 16:05 | I agree about Moxian not looking too great. But at the end of the day it depends on the deal agreed. That Moxian is valued at $239m seems an excessive valuation and just shows why BNN were so keen to get a Nasdaq listing. A RTO would (all things being equal) value BNN at a minimum of $239m or 75p / share. But given the size, potential and assets that BNN would inject into the new business, I would hope that BNN shareholders would end up with significantly more than just 50% of the combined group. As an aside, I thought the rumours were not only that it would involve a RTO of BNN but that both US companies were profitable. Clearly Moxian is not. | dlm2602
16/2/2018 15:47 | Come on guys, What is his day job? And for whom? clue, it's NOT Moxian! | andy
16/2/2018 15:43 | vegpatch, for once I find myself in agreement with you. I'll be very disappointed if Moxian is one of the two companies mentioned in the RNS (although I suppose that also depends on who the other company is......) | redhill9
16/2/2018 15:10 | Given the track record and this is a fact of chinese companies, run by Chinese management listed on a foreign stock exchange I should be very very careful in what you wish for.. hxxps://www.moxian.c I realise at this stage its all conjecture but for your sakes I hope it isnt Moxian | vegpatch
16/2/2018 14:30 | Had a look at the other companies he works for and see only Moxian with potential. But it may be a different company who wants to get into china and see Bnn as the opportunity. Case of wait and see. | genises
16/2/2018 11:10 | Genises, A good fit in your opinion? And who does he work for? | andy |
