15/2/2018 13:00 | I wish they had appointed a NOMAD as you cannot hold unlisted shares in an ISA. My online broker says they have to be removed from the ISA within 30 days. This is annoying because any future gain will not have the ISA advantage of being free of CGT, yet any loss to date cannot be used elsewhere as the loss was incurred whilst in the ISA. If my analysis of this situation is wrong, please let me know. With regards appointing a NOMAD I'd imagine the board thought it would be a waste of money given they were so far advanced with these deals. And even if they were to appoint one they would still have to find a CFO by March which could further complicate the US deal. | dlm2602
15/2/2018 12:57 | I think the RNS was pointing to its last trade valuation . | delboy39
15/2/2018 12:54 | charlesdarcy 15 Feb '18 - 12:16 - 9739 of 9743 0 0 0 Mind you the RNS said a greatly enhanced value ! 42p at suspension so maybe 65-70p equivlant DLM after exchange rate ? ==================== In case you haven't noticed the Company isn't listed anymore. Therefore your valuation from 42p makes no sense. It is now a useless number. Surely the RNS would be referring to enhanced value using the Balance sheet (minus intangibles and goodwill?) as the starting point? We have to assume at this stage that the balance sheet is accurate. | pj 1
15/2/2018 12:37 | Hmm Chinese company lists on foreign exchange with high expectations and high market cap. now where have I read that before....? | vegpatch
15/2/2018 12:35 | Quick one... What perplexes me, if it was indeed the case as myalterego says, is why would no NOMAD take on BNN ? surely it would have been a cinch ? | vegpatch
15/2/2018 12:26 | CD . All speculation for now . But the Nasdaq could easily give a 50% higher valuation than Aim . Especially with a couple of decent announcements soon after . The market remains hot for new companies especially in this huge untapped market which has not been easy for US companies to get into in any great number as yet . It would be easy to talk this up but we might be on the wrong road as PC mentioned | delboy39

15/2/2018 12:11 | PC . It’s a good point , I am thinking this is the company . We don’t know as you say . But as DLM showed this morning if the deal was near that then out nightmare might be a little less 🤔 | charlesdarcy
15/2/2018 10:53 | pC, Look deeper, I found a link yesterday (a bit tenuous but I think it's a good one) between the two companies, let's see if anyone else can find it! | andy
15/2/2018 10:42 | Agree market valuation versus financials seem very strange. We are also assuming this is one of the two companies BNN are talking to. It simply may not be. I initially thought these companies could be USA operations wanting to get into China, not an existing China company listed on Nasdaq. We could be completely going down the wrong road, buts its all guess work right now. | perfect choice
15/2/2018 10:29 | charles, Agreed. They are running on an emergency $1 million director's loan. | andy
15/2/2018 10:14 | I agree with you CD. The company seems chronically short of cash with little sales and acquiring BNN with its c£20m would be a huge coup/salvation for them. I'm astonished it has a market cap of $237m (67m shares in issue x $3.5). This valuation is double the value of BNN at 42p. If this is the sort of valuation that Nasdaq applies to China Tech stocks i'm not surprised that BNN were so keen to move. Given the attractiveness of BNN to Moxian I hope that BNN can extract a full price. For me that would be a minimum of 1 BNN share for 1 Moxian share. 223m BNN shares / (223 + 67) total shares would give BNN shareholders 74% of the total equity of the combined group. Well I can dream!! | dlm2602
15/2/2018 09:19 | That market cap does not seem right with the numbers I am reading ? | charlesdarcy
15/2/2018 08:30 | While we all are waiting for the BNN news, the bioplastic revolution is a fact. Good time to get in, as it's still quiet about new products that will replace plastic over next few years. | marmar80
15/2/2018 08:19 | Cannot believe all the posts over the last 48 hrs!! Maybe, just maybe, there is going to be a light for us shareholders. The insights to what actually went on in the last 6 months are fascinating, and if true, do paint an understandable and logical picture. Scandalous though, and cannot quite belief nothing will happen to those who are responsible for suspending the BNN share. That said, let's sit back in hope of a US deal...without too much dilution...and we can start the journey of revaluing our investments. My excitement will be tempered however until we have firm news. 14/2/2018 23:35 | delboy, Exactly! maybe "value enhancing" is possible? But look at Moxian's accounts, how on earth do they have the valuation they currently have? Totally nuts..... | andy
14/2/2018 23:08 | If that is correct with that market cap What could it be with bnn in tow | delboy39
14/2/2018 22:55 | Genises, I think you may be right, it looks a good fit in that Moxian are running on fumes and BNN have a good size treasury. You have to ask yourself how Moxian, with revenues under $100,000 have the market cap that they do? | andy
14/2/2018 19:51 | Gone through all the Chinese listed tech companies on Nasdaq again and only Moxian inc comes near to being the company Bnn would reverse into. Looking at Moxian Chinese app it will fit in very well with the student business. The advertising business Bnn would be able to gear this up substantially and department in this area is already in place. Cost cutting with research, staffing and directors in both companies. Moxian have 250 million shares available to issue of which 67million are on the market | genises
14/2/2018 19:27 | No protection from the House of Lords anymore . | delboy39
14/2/2018 18:55 | Mancroft has question to answer on the loan. Shame he can’t answer them at the next shareholders meeting. Gone before investigation outcome comes to mind. | genises
14/2/2018 18:47 | for Mancroft and Kelley to leave without the protection afforded by the D&o policy is very interesting. | duncanreed
14/2/2018 18:16 | This BB is so comical with you two troll plonkers on here 😂 | delboy39 |
