21/11/2006 10:24 | Hello beaudelaire, Nice to see you again. This one is a bit slow starter but interim report, expected next month, should help this shoot up. | ![]() watwungyi
21/11/2006 08:39 | Would that be with asparks ? I thought he was with CPO................. | ![]() theband
21/11/2006 08:15 | This stock is fairly new to the market. Once it takes off it'll be with sparks especially if backed by a takeover bid. | beaudelaire
21/11/2006 08:04 | Warranty, you are right, its just that I have had good run on other shares and this one is sticking for me. | 46pete
20/11/2006 20:13 | 46pete why the rush just put the shares away and forget them for a while. I'm sure your patience will be rewarded in a relatively short space of time once the market wakes up to BIFF and a little publicity comes its way. Relax. | ![]() warranty
20/11/2006 17:34 | Another dire day for Biffa,I wish they would show a bit more promise !!! | 46pete
20/11/2006 08:57 | Now we are finally moving after a slow start but thats Biffa for you. | ![]() mitzis
19/11/2006 11:17 | Have to agree warranty its a safe sector to be in with no downside.. Notice AUG is in the news with someone stake building. | ![]() mitzis
19/11/2006 11:15 | I actually think it's as weak as it's going to get now mitziz as I can't think what would take it much lower. It seems a pretty safe stock all round in a growing sector so buy now would be my take on it before someone does come in. | ![]() warranty
19/11/2006 11:03 | No need to worry warranty as Shares mag reckons they will be taken out sooner than later. Buy on any weakness. | ![]() mitzis
18/11/2006 17:47 | It certainly looks cheap on fundamentals and is very definately a growth sector as the waste and disposal costs for industry rise through increased legislation. Wouldn't be surprised if a foreign bidder was circling now. Certainly can't see any downside on a risk/reward basis. | ![]() warranty
18/11/2006 17:01 | A good article on Biffa in Share Magazine page 16. Biffa will definitely be taken over pretty quickly. 320p is the minimum but assets evaluated at almost twice its market cap. at £1.5 billion. So this could easily go for at least £4 this year. If left to grow for a year or so look at a minimum of £5 per share. | beaudelaire
18/11/2006 13:15 | mitzis - At the moment most of other sectors are weak (oil, mining, hardware etc.) Most of them are also cyclical or sensitive to geopolitical events. BIFF sector is almost independent of any event or cyclical trend. This is why many institutions/investo companies such as Biffa. I agree that £3+ is easy to achieve before or during the results. I see BIFF as a steady defensive solid riser with good dividends. IMO, to hit £5 within a year. | beaudelaire
18/11/2006 11:34 | I guess 320p with results. | ![]() mitzis

15/11/2006 13:16 | Nothing wrong to promote ones shares anyway. Let's rather concentrate on this baby which could easily hit three squid by the results. A very defensive stock. | beaudelaire
15/11/2006 12:53 | At least he's honest about it. | ![]() theband
