30/7/2019 09:41 | Mcfly I get it but as posted claimed figures in the admission document are massively different to he trading update. Yes FM does get good numbers which equated to £300k revenue along with 3 other games. They have warned that H1 revenue will not be hit. How is that with a £5.9 mill forecast 4 games in play for the H1 plus a few months of Dirt rally 2. As you can see Dirt rally 2 is a non event re gamer interest. So with £300k as an example 5 games definitely in play. Grid not until Sept then the £5.9 mill seems pure fiction. The note will have been from the admission document. In that they talk of advanced discussions and give sales and downloads estimates of 320 million on those they are engaged with. On the AIM it's important to ignore wild claims in admission documents. Fund mangers don't check it out. Neither do analysts they just crunch the numbers they are given and wave a figure in the air. A recipe for disaster. So far you have Dirt rally 2 with 100k to 200k of sales. Dirt 1 had much better sales and I believe is one in the admission doc of up to 1 mill sales. | ![]() superg1

30/7/2019 09:29 | BIDS Admission document On a typical day, around 150,000 people play Football Manager, with an average time in the game of 4 hours per day. Based on evidence gathered during the trial phase, this generates around 25 million potential impressions per day. With the concurrent hits that is doable on number of players, so Dirt 2 in theory is 10 times less. Impressions are not the number playing. BIDs trading update Bidstack's platform is live in both FM18 and FM19 with approximately 1m impressions per day in Asia alone in December 2018. Asia covers 4.5 billion of the population. So for the sales pitch on the fund raise they said 25 million impressions per day worldwide. For reality in a trading update it's 1 mill per day covering most of the population. That is a hell of a difference. Fund raises to enter the Aim are BS sales pitches pumped up as much as they can. Initial notes are based on that and therefore are BS. Bids imo should not have out a forecast out as it looks set to fail badly based on apparent figures available and stated by them. Just my opinion of course for the apparent facts out there and comments by Bids in documents and news. | ![]() superg1
30/7/2019 09:26 | McFly arrives! Not forgetting that lack of supply doesn’t equate to lack of demand. All of which dictates the price of in-game ad inventory. Economics 101. | ![]() moneygenxyz
30/7/2019 09:23 | superg,The company is pulling together all the building blocks for a step change in revenue in Q4 as full programmatic advertising comes online. If it goes to plan this will involve money from large Ad agencies being spent through the programatic systems on Bidstack's in-game ads. New games are expected to be announced to provide the ad inventory. The company is progressing things in parallel on the game front and on the advertising front.Moving to a programatic basis is also expected to increase ad fill rates and CPM for existing games. As for the existing game, peak players on FM19 on steam (PC) were 63k yesterday. DR2 and Grid have most of their sales on consoles, where this data isn't available. | ![]() mcfly79

30/7/2019 09:21 | Cune investments Conclusion Bidstack offers blue sky potential growth trajectory in an innovative and exciting new marketplace. The company has recently raised funds which should, in theory, be used to raise the company’s market value by growing the sales team, opening up the US market, continuously improving the software offering, and increasing the brands presence in eSports. | ![]() hazl

30/7/2019 09:10 | SG, you’re still embarrassing yourself. The ratio between FM and DIRT2 has nothing to do with revenue being pulled in. Or was that a track question for our enjoyment. I don’t want to privode you additional info as you need to do your own correct research. But it was 9 games not 4 back then. | scottman72
30/7/2019 09:09 | We all know that shares are about the future. THE FACTS are that this company and all that it stands for in terms of future revenue, and creatively, creating, a new category of advertising, and using it in a novel way in games....the hot sector.... mean that BIG players in both the games market and the ADVERTISING market have raised their heads. This is why it has taken off and I believe you are actually interested but disappointed in missing out, so try to bring the share-price down. Just my thoughts. | ![]() hazl
30/7/2019 09:08 | SG,I have presumed that all downloaded games were locked in with their respective advertisers, same as purchasing a hard copy. Where such a lockdown exists. Good question though.Again my presumption is that BIDS technology can NORMALLY only be involved with a new game release, i.e. where there are no existing lockdowns. Now FM18 was changed to Programmatic advertising part way through it's issue...so it must be possible, but will depend on any individual game lockdown agreement.Yes I had noticed the Dirt Rally 2.0 online playing figures, obviously not as popular as FM19 or even FM18 for that matter. Not sure if those figures are below company expectations, but I would imagine most people here are invested for the potential of the technology, in anticipation of further game/advertiser signings. | ![]() affc21

30/7/2019 09:04 | SuperG, you don’t even mention FM18 or 19 which is worrying. FM are played for hours on end often for the whole year until the next one comes out. I know because me and my uni friends spent most of our time doing it. Not to mention the fact that even disk games are just digital downloads in disguise... it’s all done in the cloud already and games are often updated weekly online. | ![]() moneygenxyz
30/7/2019 09:04 | If you're out of VRS you are clinically insane. That could treble at least this year with the imminent signing of the BIGT deal which could be completed anytime between now and the 24th of September. I have 80% of my portfolio in VRS. | ![]() zagrosfold
30/7/2019 09:03 | Goodbloke , I agree with your post and as you'll note there are a few teachers and lecturers here who are happy to answer questions of any type. However there is a way of stating that is very different from humbly asking. | global nomad
30/7/2019 09:02 | You can shout and educate me all you like I go on the facts not BS hype. I'm going through the admission document. It says Bidstack were in 4 games on admission. EG Bidstack successfully launched in Football Manager 18 in June 2018 and its technology is now integrated into four games. They posted something like 300k revenue for 2018. Football manager on the same site I'm looking at Dirt 2 suggest 1 mill to 2 mill owners with 9,706 concurrent players yesterday. Dirt 2 suggest 10 times less owners and only 633 concurrent players yesterday. So how does 10 times the owners and 15 times the concurrent players plus 3 other games for £300k equate to £5.9 mill for 2019 on one game added so far which has considerably less players. It does not add up and by a long way. | ![]() superg1
