I think you are referring to this paragraph.
“We believe this strategy will result in the business being well placed to meet market expectations for 2019 and will facilitate extensive growth in 2020. As a fast­growing business, we expect that revenues in 2019 will be significantly second half weighted with perhaps a more marked split than previously anticipated.”
Note, plural, expectation’s’. If this was singular it might align with what your trying to portray, ‘market expectation for 2019’. i.e. overall expectation for the year. But it’s not, it’s plural. I.e. BIDS believes they are on track to meet all expectation for the year. Both H1 and H2. Note exceeding an expectation is also meeting it.
With the revenue being ‘perhaps’; more marked split than previously anticipated, they are telling you that there is a potential for more revenue possibilities materialising for the second half of 2019.
THIS IN NOW WAY IS SAYING THAT H1 REVENUE WILL NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS.
Now, what about those other pieces of nonsense you were bleeting about?

By the way guys. Normally I keep to the normal ‘rule’ of 10% max in any one stake. This morning I had 20% and decided to increase this to 50%. :-)

I guess my post was reflective of my current context- was on boat tour around the coast of mount Athos, Greece, the monasteries have been there for a thousand years, isolated and you can only visit on land with a permit ( and archaically no women allowed) gives perspective on our hectic life and lack of deep focus.
Good to see the share price turn up. May be nothing but expectation so keep calm and 'drink green tea'

Provide some evidence of what you are talking about. You have still to detail where BIDS have said H1 expected revenue will not be achieved yet you continue to make out it's a fact.

Clearly you don't understand news it was in the results in April and has been pointed out by others.

H1 revenue is not going to be as in the forecast there will be a more marked difference loaded to H2.

They did not upgrade the expected revenue.

We'll see when the results come out.

Better still I'll email the company and ask, some answer some don't.

I don't think I've ever filtered anyone and feel no reason to. Creating an echo chamber is not what boards are for. Various opinions are always helpful to allow self reflection and reconsideration. Are your ideas and thoughts as correct as you thought. Doubt and failure are the best learning tools. Curiousity and investigation are what strengthen our theories. I am patient and believe it would be hard to find a stronger set of individuals associated or working for an aim company. They have joined for more than a dream. I have invested for the same reason.
Let people sell if they don't understand what they have, let people doubt if they wish. In time not all of us will be right...I can live with that.....

I think people generally forget that most AIM firms mirror the markets on no news. Aim is up today, so is BIDS.

Just look at AIM from June to now and compare with BIDS.

Bigger forces at play on no news. But News is the key driver for all AIM shares. Patience. We are at the mercy of the markets in any situation so prepare your dry powder.

Yeah, fair enough sja. I don't like filtering the first time someone has an opposing view to my own. However, this is now sounding like unrelenting negativity. If you're going to research a company objectively, you should start from a neutral position.

Some people post themselves up as experts when of course they are nothing of the sort!
By their own admission 'they have to research'.
The answer is not to engage with them.
The danger is the board becomes about him and directed by him!
Instead ignore him and post relevant bits as before!

It worked on the EVRH board with somebody similar.

This board is going downhill, we have brexit issues and the poster is selling when he should have done three years ago and he would not be posting today.
SG is pointing his concerns when he should have done four months ormore ago.I am not betting my house on H1 results but I am looking beyond that. Like many I hold VRS and will carry on holding but at the moment it is still struggling to break the £1.40 which was the last fundraise price.

If you take my advice, you'll filter superg1....he will rant on endlessly and negatively...constantly telling you that "his deep and superior research" and "digging" have uncovered this, that or the other that we should all be very worried about....I've been unfortunate enough to come across him many times on boards over the years and he never changes....the fact that he has no holding here but posts consistently negatively apparently (quelle surprise!)is his modus operandi....

If he has been right on occasion about his negative "digging", he does it on such a variety of boards that even a stopped clock is right twice a day and he points to that as his achievement...

You only have to look at the quality of the hires to the advisory board here to know it is a serious company with serious prospects of doing what it says it will...

I think I would rather go with big hitters with a documented and proven track record than an anonymous poster on a bulletin board...

Just my opinion...you can all make your own minds up I'm sure....
