28/7/2019 08:55 | Will be interested to see this week if (without news) this moves clear of the 29/30 area or continues bouncing above and below. Seems to be good enough buying support everyone it drops to 28ish but not enough to push it higher. End of Friday could be a good sign though. As noted previously I am unduly calm even though each penny up or down makes a significant difference for me. All the information posted and research done including the less worrying doubts indicates we have found a good investment and got in at the right time. Patience will be its own reward. | global nomad

28/7/2019 07:31 | Hi Lauders My take was that JD was saying there would be news within a month but the hesitancy was about the type of news. I think there has been good news, as promised....good appointments...indep He went on to say that in the next two, three, four months there would be plenty news. I think that this may be the type of news that could be considered to have a more tangible effect on revenues ie deals. That’s not so long away now...... I was also interested in his talk of joint ventures and platform owners. All very interesting and exciting. Good luck. Steve | stevoc1964

28/7/2019 06:26 | This week , next week, next month not a problem for me, still a young company and needs time to get it all together. Whilst I am expecting news soon, given the podcast hints, I would only start asking questions if we get to Q4 with no news.GLA | ![]() mlf51
28/7/2019 06:00 | Stevoc1964 - I listened to the podcast again as suggested and everything is still very encouraging. It was obvious many things are "in the works" but one striking point to me was that when pushed JD was hesitant to commit to "news in a month" (interview was 18th June) and so far more than a month later (despite him saying news was likely) we are still waiting. Hopefully the news will appear 7.00 am or shortly after, tomorrow or this week at least. Should be due soon that seems to be clear. Always hard for BOD to commit to timelines as has been shown by those representing countless companies. I would be so rich if I had a quid for every time I read "news is due shortly" on BB of many companies I look at or have an investment in. Good luck BIDS holders for a decent RNS or more (might be like buses!) this week. | ![]() lauders
27/7/2019 13:00 | This seems a good time to remind those who, during the week, implied that a fund raise would be inevitable at some point in the future; there is more than one way for a brilliant young company ... eg Bidstack...to expand quickly :-Advantages of joint ventureA major joint venture advantage is that it can help your business grow faster, increase productivity and generate greater profits. Benefits of joint ventures include:* access to new markets and distribution networks* increased capacity* sharing of risks and costs (ie liability) with a partner* access to greater resources, including specialised staff, technology and financeJoint ventures often enable growth without having to borrow funds or look for outside investors. You may be able to:* use your joint venture partner's customer database to market your product* offer your partner's services and products to your existing customers* join forces in purchasing, research and developmentTaken from nibusiness info.co.uk and mentioned by tech hound earlier today. It's worth listening to JDs last podcast again if you haven't heard it recently:-https://au | stevoc1964
27/7/2019 12:49 | Not far off 1 million viewing hours per day right there, for one game, on one platform. I expect FM will have great success from stadia and cloud rollout, great to have this game as proof of concept. | ![]() lukehold

27/7/2019 09:51 | Absolutely. Best thing about BIDS is that you are riding on the coat tails of some extremely smart and motivated industry players and there is clear visibility of direction of travel. 2 million sales of FM19. That’s double last year, average 40,000 players per day. Wonder if that was factored into the forecast? 2 million unique players essentially... wait until it gets onto the cloud! I think it will fly - it’s one of those games that you’d play if you could be bothered to turn on the PC and sit there antisocially (missus wouldn’t allow it!). Now that it’ll be on my smart TV.... 26/7/2019 22:20 | Yeah that was released at 15:00 so possible link to price action? Who knows 25 years running though too... BIDS has already hit the jackpot here imo. Nothing more successful than a FIFA or FM cashcow and I’m betting we have some very strong relationships forged at SI. | ![]() moneygenxyz

26/7/2019 21:53 | Miles Jacob - sports interactive studio director “25 years ago I started on a journey helping out a couple of friends who made a computer game that I loved, on the side of my unproper job in the music industry. Little did I know that I'd even go full time some 8 years later, let alone still be here a quarter of a century down the line. In that time the team has grown from a handful of us to over 130 at the time of typing, alongside our incredible scouting team of over 1,000 globally. We've sold close to 30m games around the world, which have been played by well over a hundred million people. And we're nowhere near done yet - with FM20 to be properly announced next month, partnerships with Microsoft and Google, and next year our most ambitious as a studio to date with at least one new project due to launch.“ I’m sure FM20 will be some nice extra news flow. Keen to hear about this new project... | ![]() moneygenxyz
