All the best to you too Ryanc106. It's been good to chat and share our views over these last few weeks. Let's hope we get a satisfactory conclusion to all of our speculation, which, if anything is coming, must be imminent.

Agreed! I don’t think we’ll have too much longer to wait to know the answers.

All the best

I can't see a major company buying this.
Someone like Bet365 could buy it for petty cash and run it as a separate entity, but its a drop in the ocean for them. Even though it makes money, it's not worth the extra on the bottom line for them.

It might go to a venture capitalist group. Plenty of SPAC have free cash waiting for something. Given the time passed so far, any potential offer must be in an "interesting" region.
The shareholders don't need to sell and appear to be guiding the company well, so will need considerable persuasion to sell out.

Just had a look at the FTSE 100. Flutter Entertainment might be interested in BOTB, a nice bolt on profitable acquisition, and something that they could easily afford. As we keep saying, time will tell....

Current advice would surely read; "Hold, await possible offer!!"

Let's see what happens this week.

Yes I’m a bit surprised they haven’t too.
Although maybe because it’s a takeover situation now they don’t see the value in writing anything about it now.

Interesting Ryanc106... I'm surprised (but not concerned) that the likes of Investors Chronicle have given no mention to BOTB at any time. I'd have thought recent tremendous growth and the FSP announcement would be worthy of comment. I appreciate there are a huge number of companies to report on, but am still surprised. If your whispers prove useful, maybe they will write on this company soon.... "Fabulous offer - await documents" type of stuff.

I feel we need to have a 3 in front of any agreed price - in a years time if our growth estimates, from what we've heard, are correct more like a 4, That is what potential buyers are dealing with here. If they want it they have to take some risk, otherwise why would the directors sell. We have to hope an American company is interested as they pay big for internet based high growth companies - that will be all up to Oakvale Capital though. Perhaps buyers are waiting for 1st quarter no's to seal their offer. I doubt that though as if a few companies are interested, fortune will favour the brave. Maybe buyers are trying to secure finance. All just speculation - who knows.

Absolutely Peart. Those EPS estimates are pretty much what I have pencilled in.

I'd be deeply annoyed with any offer less than £25 per share if we get bought out that is for sure.

Let see what happens :)

I would agree Ryanc106, we will hear something soon, or there will be an announcement early next month saying no satisfactory offers were received that represented true value for the company, alongside a great and positive trading update for the first quarter. I wouldn't be betting against an offer coming though, as this is a little gem. 0.7 - 1.00 for this year, 1.1 - 1.5 for next year - that's what I reckon (eps).

28 days tomorrow since the takeover RNS was released.
Can’t be far off concluding now surely!
There must be multiple interested parties involved!

If an acceptable offer comes or not, I think this (our) business is heading in the right direction regardless.
