I suspect June's management accounts would be useful to proceedings...

Seems to be.

See if it builds a base to push higher.

Still v cheap on forward earnings for such a rapidly growing business!

Must be close now to wrapping up the bid situation. Got to be news soon.

Lol! Also a couple of 1 trades today. I believe they are disguised large trades showing as a single trade.

Perhaps if there are two similar bids, then they should do a "spot the ball" to select the winner.

yep I just tried dummy trades for 3000 again and then my total of 6000 and they were happy to take @ £15.10.
I wish they would hurry up and get on with it now though. They announced the Review of formal sales process on 17th so 11 days ago.
Can't be far off wrapping this up now

Probably just taking some profit off the table if a deal doesn't go through.
Nothing wrong with that..

Maybe they are formatting the mobile app for BOTB, which was meant to be released a while back

Given Oakvale do mobile gaming apps, it's feasible they were working with them anyway for the game functionality. For things like this, you work with people you know and trust.

Yes, I've read that Investographer. Again it looks like management know what they are doing - they've appointed a specialist in their field. I strongly suspect a deal is coming, just when...

Oakvale Capital are the financial advisors appointed. Oakvale Capital Consist of a team of industry experts who have a great deal of experience in corporate finance as well as corporate advisory. They are not a traditonal M and A boutique. They understand the gaming, technology and media sectors intimately which allows us to add value when it comes to advising on acquisitions and sales.

We're creeping up nicely though, regardless - perhaps "bouncing up" would be a better choice of words today - up £1 !!

Surely nobody gets to know, as that would be insider trading I believe, but perhaps things get leaked - someone says something after a meeting which gets overheard, people talk and then a few buy forcing the price up.
