Alas 18 million BKY shares will hit the market between now and end of july because Global URA ETF is rebalancing its portfolio. Too bad. Decided to part from BKY for the time being. Much better uranium plays out there currently. BOL to holders.

If they stick to their stated timetable the CSN report should be completed by November 2018. That of course is not necessarily the same thing as 'clearance to go ahead'.
