The share capital has increased so a drop in price inevitable. They are only selling scheme shares.

Just stick it in a bottom draw and leave well along. For those lucky enough to buy sub £8.00 todays rise is a 7% gain.

A fun day, up 10% early on then trickled down to 8%ish up.
I got distracted for a while and now I see it's 11.52% up on day to 25.44 - and stats show 25.60 as day high.
I only bought pm 28th nov and 6.36% up, net.
It pays to wait out the troughs by watching the business prospects rather than market makers. :-)

Berkeley Group raises guidances after towering set of results
By John Harrington

Berkeley Group (LON:BKG) says full-year results will be at the top end of the range of expectations as it is ahead of schedule on one of its larger developments.
The house builder, focused on London and the south of England, said the Tower development in Vauxhall is currently ahead of its original programme and is on track to deliver the majority of completions in the second half of the current financial year.
