how run. if you ignore the massive dividends paid recently then the price is £23.50. I reckon target price is £36. which is £22 return to shareholders and £14 enterprise value. we'll see.

The yanks should sell out of New York and put their money into London!

Dow was up yesterday although not by much.

The share price looks to be on the way up again, at least to close to £23.

sp certainly under some pressure imho. The divi return at these levels is around 25% total by end 2015 or 12.5% return per year by end 2015 is it not? i.e. over £5 per share returned to shareholders if all goes to plan.

well there is every chance i think given that directors purchased again recently.
directors generally tend not to buy when their companies share price looks like dropping.
anyway i had a few myself last week so you are in good company ;)

Really think its time these shares start moving up a little. Building in premium areas they can afford to put the prices more to pay there loyal stock holders more.

As I posted previously, it looks like a head and shoulders reversal pattern to me. The head is looks a bit like a double top. I think 1800 is possible.

One or two small director buys but i feel the share price is under pressure and can see sub £20 soon. Maybe a good topping up opportunity on Monday imho.
