Hope you're right as I do hold a few already and tend to agree with that. I guess I'm bit concerned about the wider market knowing about the company and what will increase the buying volumes to really get it moving. In the meantime perhaps a good time to accumulate?

I am extremely bullish with this company and have been adding through out lockdown
I can only see it going one way now we are out of lock down and is vastly undervalued.

"the Company has been granted an extension of up to three months for the reporting and filing of its financial results for the year ended 30 September 2020 ("FY-2020"). As agreed with AIM Regulation, the Company will therefore publish its FY-2020 results by 31 March 2021."

Still a great looking company but wary about this little snippet right at the end of the trading update:

'The Board have taken the steps of consulting with their major shareholders regarding a potential equity raise should current restrictions remain in place beyond Spring '

I suppose this was to be expected and certainly not a surprise. It's all to play for in H2 as lockdown pretty much comes to an end. We may take a bit of a beating on the share price but I hope not too much.

Results for Financial Year Ended 30 June 2020

As previously set out the Group has well diversified operations and the Group's property interests have provided a measure of protection from the difficulties in the consumer facing divisions. At the time of the interim results the Board prudently expected the EBITDA for the year ending 30 June 2020 to be around GBP3.5m. This forecast was made on the basis of the Group's management accounts to that date and a forecast for the remainder of the financial year which included the sale of Saffron Walden.

Given the prolonged enforced UK Government COVID-19 lockdown, the delays in the property division and uncertainty surrounding the impact of COVID-19 in terms of potential provisions against the Group's consumer facing divisions, the Board believe that it is prudent to withdraw this forecas
