" The Placing

Conditional on, inter alia, the completion of the Potential Acquisition, Barkby will issue new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing at the same price as the Consideration Shares are to be issued pursuant to the Potential Acquisition (the "Issue Price"). It is anticipated that the Issue Price will be materially above the prevailing share price of a Barkby Ordinary Share."

The last bit sounds particularly good!

Also checked out with group about Centurion and it seems after my concerns to be an astute acquisition.

Agreed to some degree but we are also in a time where the wealth divide is growing and there are people out there on good salaries willing to spend it on luxury items which is the demographic they are targeting. Certainly out of my price range unfortunately and even if this investment comes good I won't make enough back to get anywhere near.

I find a little worrying

First we are invested in an important growing resource with global demand

Then we invest in restaurants at a time of austerity

Now we invest in car dealership at a time of unprecedented drop in demand for new cars.

A little bit cosy though a move from resources to restaurants, with involvement by Amerisur team. Surprised it wasn't shown up as a related party transaction though with the involvement.
