Yes you are correct the downside is my dealing cost amounted to £67.00 as not all brokers deal on nex.

Very wise. The trick is that the PR is effective from the start. I do believe market makers may struggle to get sufficient stock qtys to meet demand. Anyone’s guess how the early period will look in terms of share price but I believe March-June will be interesting based on what I have read in the admission document.
When private stakeholders are subscribing for a minimum 75k they must be pretty confident. Just want to see to see the final non exec get into the market and look forward to the imminent unveiling of the CFO.

I inherited some shares from previous holding gold manes of SA and have purchased more under Barkby group.

The Proposals are conditional, inter alia, on approval by Shareholders at a General Meeting to be convened and held at 10.00 a.m. on 6 January 2020, and Admission taking place by no later than 7 January 2020. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 7 January 2020, and the Acquisitions are also expected to complete on Admission.

The general meeting is in Monday, 10:00 AM, trading on AIM should start on Tuesday..

The Admission Doc makes a very good read indeed!

Specially the bit -- Section 15: 'In the event that the Company recives a supernormal profit' -- the Co might declare a special dividend

With a very eclectic collection of businesses, one or more may get sold off in the future

Worth buying these pre consolidation at current levels. Anything at 10.5 is a bargain.
19300 at 10p converted to 7400 at 30p on the 7th. Do the maths.
