Given the imminent announcement that pub openings may be brought forward I have recently been topping up with this gem. With all major stakeholders in at 30p coupled with recent RNS I am surprised there has not been more chatter on this potentially excellent company. At 27 million market cap and a 45% stake in Vivoplex( pre funding market cap 25 million) and a year end Ebitda projected at 3.5 million its a no brainier to me.

Continue to monitor this company. While the hospitality area will be impacted I like the recent announcements in both the life sciences and property areas. No doubt a one for the medium to long term but has both the right backing and support.

The building blocks are starting to be put in place. I think both appointments this week are extremely significant and lead me to the conclusion the intention is to scale quite quickly. I’m very optimistic about Barkby.

heavyweight CFO appointment. part of the pret a manger rollout. along with jonathan warburton as chief non-exec, they have built a very impressive board here

It didn’t translate to 2m profit besides there are now too many mouths to feed on big fees. The packaging business is a red herring, they just have an option to invest. Divi? Doubt it.

Some of you need to revisit the listing docs imo. Take a look at the numbers
Do they justify a 50m mkt cap?

feels like We're really building a base here.. share price consolidating above 40 before another move up, even better if we get more positive news which they no doubt have lined up for the post uplisting period

first full set of figures also a big catalyst a bit further out
