"Iran wanted to kill Trump"

When will the whole world, including countries in the Middle East, openly accept that Iran is a rogue State and treat Iran accordingly. Iran is behind so much of the conflicts in the Middle East and even Africa, they also supply drones to Russia for use against Ukraine. They support militarily and financially extreme groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, Houhti, Isis and more.
They refuse the right for Israel to exist yet at the same time are a member of the United Nations About time they were drummed out of the United Nations..

Revenge assassination plot that could still push the world to the brink:

Why Iran wanted to kill Trump on US soil... and how Donald could wreak vengeance

It was not the only plot to assassinate Trump during the US election but, had it succeeded, it could have changed the world more than any other event of the past six months.

That's because it was not the act of some lone wolf but a state-sponsored conspiracy by Iran concocted as an act of cold-blooded revenge - at least, that's according to US Department of Justice charging documents unveiled by a New York court last week.

President Trump will send stock markets wild - then Britain will go bust

Republican voters weren't the only ones celebrating Donald Trump's landslide victory on Wednesday morning. Stock markets also went crazy.

At least, they did in the US. On Wednesday, the Dow Jones enjoyed its best day in two years, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq broke fresh all-time highs.

That's because US investors expect Trump to light a rocket under share prices once he enters the White House in January.

He'll boost economic growth by slashing corporate taxes, red tape and government spending.

Which is the exact opposite of what Labour is plotting under Keir Starmer.

Instead of talking up the UK economy, Starmer has talked it down at every opportunity. He's destroyed business confidence by warning things will get worse.

In last week's Budget, chancellor Rachel Reeves hiked taxes, red tape and government spending, while borrowing an extra £32billion.

So how did that work out for us?

While Wall Street booms, London has gone limp.

Over the last six months, the S&P 500 has shot up 14.80%. The FTSE 100 has fallen 4.28%.

Trump has US investors bouncing. British investors are a glum bunch. Most have given up and are pumping money into US shares instead.

You can't blame them.

If someone invested £10,000 into US shares a decade ago they'd have a thumping £42,248 today, AJ Bell calculates. The FTSE All-Share turned £10k into just £18,186.

Russian Troops Have Entered The Decisive Battle For The Town Of Kurakhovo

Support SouthFront

Russian Armed Forces units have already entered the outskirts of the town of Kurakhovo in the Donetsk People’s Republic, anchored themselves there and continue the offensive from three directions at once. Russian reconnaissance officers from the front line are reporting that Ukrainian military is using prohibited chemical weapons against them.

Despite the deteriorating spell of cold weather, the Russian Armed Forces (RAF) continue to build on their success, pushing the enemy back to the western border of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Kurakhovo has become the next logical target for the Russian offensive. The liberation of this town will give the RAF an opportunity to first increase pressure on the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) grouping and then to encircle it. The Ukrainians have few strongholds left near the town of Kurakhovo, which may soon cut off the AFU’s last avenues of retreat completely.

Ukrainian social media reported that during a day of intensive artillery barrage, the outskirts of Kurakhovo were shelled at least 13 times and that numerous buildings and a couple of dozen private houses in the town center were damaged.

Russian troops are covering the Kurakhovo from the north and south. Earlier, they took control of Antonovka and Maksimovka in the DPR. Troops of the Vostok (West) group were involved in the operation.

On November 1, the RFA took control of the settlement of Leonidovka, and on October 31 – the settlement of Yasnaya Polyana. Today it also became known that the 114th Brigade of the Russian military group Center, moving towards Kurakhovo, seized control of the village of Volchenka.

On the eastern side of Kurakhovo, there is a slowdown in the assault of the RAF, which is due to the large number of engineering fortifications: many trenches with access to different sides have been dug. It is possible to storm them with relative safety only after serious artillery preparation and air strikes using high-explosive aerial bombs (FABs). Nevertheless, to the east of Kurakhovo, Russian units managed to overcome an anti-tank ditch dug back in 2015.

In general, the Russian forces’ intention seemed to simply provoke the AFU to deploy additional reserves to the area, which the Ukrainians do not have that many of. The aim was to facilitate the advance of Russian troops on the flanks. The AFU have obviously figured out the enemy’s intention, so they are trying to transfer only small combat groups to Kurakhovo in order to delay the advance of the Russian troops and buy time for the main Ukrainian units to withdraw.

On the northern flank, the AFU formations have been knocked out of Ilyinka (1.5 km from Kurakhovo) and are leaving the village of Novoselidovka (6 km from Kurakhovo) through the fields. After the liberation of Novoalekseevka (14 km north of Kurakhovo and 4 km west of Selidovo), less than 20 km remain to the border of Dnipropetrovsk region. The RAF are consolidating in the area west of Selidovo, with the aim of obtaining the Pokrovsk city. To the north of the town, Russian troops are fighting on the outskirts of Sontsovka, the liberation of which will open the road to Starye Terny and, consequently, access to the western outskirts of the Karlovka reservoir.

On the southern flank of the “Kurakhovo Pocket”, the RAF are having tactical successes, developing their offensive. Russian units advanced from Shakhterskoye, Novoukrainka and Bogoyavlenka to the “Yasnaya Polyana–Maksimovka–Trudovoye” line. After the liberation of the village of Trudovoye (8 kilometers south of Kurakhovo) and the village of Maksimovka, the troops of military group South were given an operational opportunity to reach Razdolnoye and Constantinople, where they have yet to destroy the AFU fortifications. Russian troops are also approaching the village of Razliv from the southern flank, which is of strategic importance for further offensive operations.

According to the head of the Donetsk people’s republic, Ihor Kimakovskyy, the Ukrainian side has started withdrawing its troops from Kurakhove in advance. Against this background, the Ukrainian administration is still carrying out an evacuation free of charge by rail along the route “Pokrovsk – Dnipro – Lviv”. This information is updated in real time and made available to the population, including through local Telegram channels. At the same time, the AFU is transferring two additional brigades to Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk). The city is being intensively prepared for defense.

Recall that Kurakhovo is located in the western part of Donbas, on the left bank of the Kurakhovo reservoir on the Volchya River in the Dnieper basin. The town is connected to the right bank by an automobile and railroad bridge.

The national highway N15 (Donetsk – Zaporozhye) passes through the town. Currently, the Russian Armed Forces are on the offensive on the sections of this road. If this transport artery, which supplies ammunition and reinforcements to the city, is cut, the Ukrainian forces will not be able to hold the town.

Meanwhile, in the West, with every town and village liberated in Donbas, the understanding of the irreversibility of Russia’s special military operation and the futility of arms supplies to the doomed Kiev regime grows.

Ukraine suffering ‘colossal̵7; losses in Kursk – Putin

Washington ordered Kiev to hold on “at any cost” until the US election, the Russian president has said

Ukraine has lost more than 30,000 troops in just three months of fighting since its large-scale incursion into Russia’s Kursk Region, President Vladimir Putin told the Valdai Forum on Thursday, adding that the Ukrainian people are paying a “terrible price” for Kiev’s decision to do Washington’s bidding.

Kiev launched an incursion into the region on August 6, deploying some of its best-equipped units. It was contained by the Russians and is steadily being pushed back, while suffering immense losses, according to Moscow.

“Just look at what is happening now at the front line… They raided Kursk Region... their losses are colossal – in just three months of fighting, the Kiev regime suffered more casualties than in the whole of last year: Over 30,000,” Putin said at the 21st annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club in Sochi.

Putin added that the decision to invade Kursk makes little military sense and was dictated by purely “political considerations”; imposed on Kiev by its “overseas̶1; sponsors.

“Why are they sitting there, bearing such losses? Because they were ordered – from overseas – to hold on at any cost, at least until the US election, to show that all the efforts of the Democratic administration to support Ukraine were not in vain,” the Russian leader said.

“That’s the price. A terrible tragedy... both for the Ukrainian people and for the Ukrainian army.”

The Ukrainian incursion has come at a great cost to Kiev, not only in terms of manpower but also with regard to the dwindling stocks of Western-supplied weapons. The latest update from the Russian Ministry of Defense estimated Ukrainian losses at 29,600 casualties, 184 tanks, 106 infantry fighting vehicles, more than 1,000 armored vehicles, and scores of other pieces of heavy weaponry, including 26 military engineering vehicles.

Ukrainian officials claim that the operation has slowed Russian advances along the eastern front line. However, according to media estimates, Russian troops gained more ground in October than in any other month this year.
