Great news. Obviously the new (and existing) investors are happy to pay £2.80 per share. Will have a good look at the accounts later.

The Company has conditionally raised approximately £73.8 million (net of expenses) through the issue of the New Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price, which represents a discount of approximately 2 per cent. to the closing middle market price of 285.5p per Existing Ordinary Share on 3 February 2012, being the last practicable date prior to the publication of the circular.

No wonder it has not rallied with the rest of the market . Now this placing is out of the way it could be an exciting time for the shares .

I bought 20k shares recently.

Its a high tech play with already significant imbedded value. Fully financed for 2 satelites, 1 in space, the other due to be in 3 months. 3rd satelite on the drawing board and financing due to be released soon.

Suggest you wait for the results within following 10 days, see about Hylas 2 update (launch etc), and see if they tickle the fancy (and shareprice). My contacts said they will, but dyor.

Having sold at 752P about a year ago, I couldn't wait any longer to get back in. ( in at 284, and will add if it goes up )

The story is interesting enough, and all the directors at the co seem genuinely excited about it. My only concern is the fact that every time they announce a good news, the shares open in blue and close flat on the day. That's why the chart is not looking powerful.

Interims were released last year on Feb 14, so tomorrow would be somewhat earlier than prior.

sorry, let me re-phrase. I'm hearing that numbers are tomorrow - dont know for sure but normally pretty spot on. Now, knowing what is in those numbers is another matter all together and i'm afraid we are going to have to wait and see..... i think the share px is telling us a story here tho. good luck

the chart has been forming a wedge for the last 5 months and we're close to the apex.

theoretically it can go either way, but I favour a break to the upside ( - well I would, wouldn't I ?!}

Thats how I see it Jeffian but after last years trashing of the share price we a long way to go. Hopefully we will see the price edging up before results are released and then move on rapidly with some good numbers and confident forecasts. We will see.

Some numbers indicating that we are on track to targeted revenues plus the launch of Hylas2 should put us back on the upward path IMHO.

Several has commented here that what the market wants to see now is numbers and when they see that the share price will follow.
