Is it a coincidence that the only drug company producing a vaccine for Free: Oxford/AstraZenica is getting attacked globally by a whispering campaign?

Are the other big profit making pharmas behind the global campaign to smear Oxford/AstraZenica?

It is pretty weird.

LEX in the FT had a pop at the CEO yesterday, saying their 2023
revenue targets stated at the time of the Pfizer bid..will not be met.

Their view is the CEO has a tendency to ..over promise.

Given what PS has achieved with AZN thought the tone of LEX a little harsh.

Oncology referrals are in some cases down 30% over the last 12 months,
so that may help explain any mild disappointment on medium term revenue outlook.

Not azn related.

This is helpful. Keep hand sanitizer with you when out and about.

Conclusion
Observational and mechanistic evidence as well as established animal orofecal transmission of coronaviruses suggests SARS-CoV-2 can infect and be shed from the human gastrointestinal tract. Future studies should test this hypothesis rigorously to allow the development of appropriate public health measures.

The consensus is growing that Masks can cause more harm, and while this research below (linked) is not aimed at Masks, it does question airbourne trans.

Conclusion
SARS-COV-2 RNA can be detected intermittently by RT-PCR in the air in a variety of settings. A number of studies that looked for viral RNA in air samples found none, even in settings where surfaces were found to be contaminated with SARS-CoV-2 RNA. The lack of recoverable viral culture samples of SARS-CoV-2 prevents firm conclusions to be drawn about airborne transmission. The current evidence is low quality, and there is an urgent need to standardise methods and improve reporting.

'Cases increasing exponentially' = Rt > 1

Is that 1.01, 1.2, 2, 3, what?

Doesn't really quantify how bad the situation is.

AstraZeneca says it will release up-to-date results from the final stage trial of its vaccine, responding to criticism from a U.S. science agency.

Meanwhile, the European Union is only prepared to let the U.K. take a small portion of Astra’s output from the Netherlands, and is set to announce tougher rules on vaccine exports.

Elsewhere, rival drugmaker Pfizer has begun testing on humans a new pill to treat the coronavirus that could be used at the first sign of illness.
