Windchill….I think you need to double your shares required to be issued,they’ve lost at least another £60-80 million since delisting,that’;s been borrowed! This had a market cap of what £20 million?when it delisted and they have NEVER made a profit by the way!

What would success be for Arria? See earlier posts. But essentially: Profitable- so EBITDA of c$10M per annum. So approx $40M in top line Rev, with maybe 30M of that ARR on current spend -- assuming they can hold costs down. Minimum. But you need more than that to hit your target list price. From recollection to get USD$1.50 a share given the number of shares fully diluted post IPO you need a valuation north of $450M USD. Today. Not in two years. At 10x that's $45M of Rev today. With enough upside locked in over 3 years to give a 3x on invested capital at list over 5 years. That's huge growth needed. And you will be in the bold bright late of quarterly earnings reports so nowhere to hide once listed. Not saying impossible. But the detail in the prospectus, or in the presentation, needs to be a barnstormer, otherwise once again you are all stetson and no cowboy.

Arria is not highly profitable. They run at a jaw dropping loss every year. Esp for a company that's B2B. Have for a decade. Still, sure, go ahead pump the future prospects yet again and see if you can get a few more to invest 'pre IPO.'

The technology is strong, core developer team smart the SLT has just never leaned how to price it properly. Divide total number of new clients announced over 24 months with total revenue to get a rough ARPC. Or any similar analysis 101. Looks rough. So here's what we will learn: 'Everying is great. Dominoes per store revenue is X. X many stores by Christmas. So sensible move is to save the IPO until Christmas. Other QSR is coming. It's global. Cue applause. '
