09/4/2022 19:23 | Also Arria is now NZ based so check out the nz companies office. They may have posted there. Don't think they are updating on UK companies or AIM related sites. Not now required to. Their Nomad was keen to see them go..? | windhill
09/4/2022 19:04 | They have published accounts to September 2021. They have them via Arria investor portal on their site. I got them from a client. Can bundle and post a link here if needed. | windhill
09/4/2022 18:46 | Windhill, do you have an opinion on why the expected publication of 2019 financials is at least 9 months late. Or at least according to the Companies House web site where Arria NLG (UK) are expected to post. It is surprising, but there may be some technical reason which is not necessarily negative. After all, you cited knowledge of more recent financials in a previous post. | psychochopper
09/4/2022 18:44 | Ahhh...now I get it. Thanks Drew. One of the Henry brothers themselves you think, or just one of their sad tribe of cult followers? | windhill
09/4/2022 13:36 | “NLG has some long-hold early investors very keen to cash out. Tom Cruise could swing from this overhang” The mystery 1.8m … that’s hardly size ?! I own more than that myself !! Fwiw I know of multiple prints in the grey mkt above series d price | legal alien
09/4/2022 12:30 | Thanks for the contact Windhill. Mr Storey is a very helpful fellow indeed and it appears he would be exactly the right person to speak to… We connected this morning over LinkedIn. The only trouble is that his Sydney desk haven’t even heard of Arria as a company, let alone had a juicy block of shares to market. What a strange little man you are. Lol! | luckyjack
09/4/2022 09:09 | Simple Jack: That is literally how you do it old boy. Call Bells. Share your bona fides. Ask them nicely if they have any clients with NLG to sell pre list. As of Friday last they had a block of c1.8M wanting to cash out at discount. Maybe more. Start with Matt Storey - he or his team will sort I imagine. He runs the pre list books for them. TBC I do not know directors or insiders at NLG. But I do know Morgan's were struggling to build the book. See my earlier posts. So over to you. I'll check with Bells on Tuesday to see if any enquiries have come in. Will be interesting to see if you are genuine. Not holding my breath... | windhill

08/4/2022 22:40 | Gosh. Reality stirred you two up didn't it. Night night Matron. ... | windhill
08/4/2022 22:15 | Lucky: I cannot beleive you doubled down? Seriously? Re read my post. Take a big breath. If you want to buy NLG from Bells call them on Monday. Or email. It's not market hours driven.. You don't need a broker contact. I'm in the UK. Where it's late and I'm double screening watching the season finale of Severance. Which is awesome BTW. It's a fantasy. A bit like your view of how buying equities works...sigh...child | windhill
08/4/2022 21:47 | “I know how to do it Pal. Just cannot find a counter.” Posted after Friday close. Virtually every broker I know is done for the week 5 minutes after the close on a Friday and certainly wouldn’t spend their leisure time arranging trades in unlisted securities with static pricing. Somehow you’ve managed to wrap up a solution while most are out drinking or switching off for family time. That said, any contact you could send me at Bells would be much appreciated. As you can imagine I have zero contacts in the retail space in Aus but I’m sure one of my brokers I use for PA trading would be able to cross up with them. I’ll get on to them Sunday night/Monday morning. Thanks. | luckyjack
08/4/2022 21:39 | Lol. Met a Frenchman who bathed once. Remarkable. | windhill
08/4/2022 21:34 | KYC? Not sure if lunatics are acceptable counterparts. That said, I’ve traded with psychopaths, narcissists and thieves. Then there was Morgan Stanley; nearly as tricky as the French. | psychochopper
08/4/2022 21:07 | Lucky: You off your meds? Day close irrelevant to unlisted. Connect went in Thursday gone. If you want NLG just call BP or Morgan - they're the biggest retail brokers in OZ. They will sort you. If you are legit. KYC doesn't extend to ADVFN boards. You've been watching too much Wolf of Wall St. LMFAO | windhill
08/4/2022 20:39 | Windhill - can you please message me directly and I can provide my contact details for your guy at Bells? I have plenty of buyers at a buck. Amazing how you finally found a market for these guys post close on Friday, top broking! | luckyjack
08/4/2022 20:24 | Windhill: hxxps://www.stuff.co "Like many companies at the time, Energycorp bought a company jet, in which Gerald flew customers to check out the revolutionary burner. The company also leased 30 Mercedes and BMWs for sales reps who were paid $60,000 each plus 10 per cent commission. He was a follower of Zenith Applied Philosophy, a self improvement philosophy known as Zappers, but even this group showed him the door. After its first year's "trading" Energycorp claimed a $3m profit even though it had no profit and no cashflow. The sharemarket crashed in October 1987 and Energycorp was one of the early casualties, going into receivership in February 1988 owing $30m, mostly to the BNZ. Gerald fled to the US in the Lear 35 jet he and two others had leased, escaping through a sidedoor to evade creditors on watch at the airport." | dingowatty
08/4/2022 19:53 | No idea. With Bells now. My suggestion was anything on or up 1USD would get them away at value to escape the post list carnage. | windhill |
