The ASX money has not been wasted at all, they can still use all the ground work for the dual listing. There is no way Arria could have predicted the cratering tech markets, so what they are proposing is hugely sensible. This will be worth billions in listing.

The technology is good though. I'd love to know how much cash this group has wasted on getting ready for the ASX. Good engineers, average window dressed SLT. The CFO was good. NYSE a vicious launch pad though, and they hate non USA topcos. Still a work in progress

Sep 2022 = $22.6M in recognized revenue.Sep 2023 forecast is for $97.3M in recognized revenue Dec 2023 USD$175M ARR projected.To get to Dec 2023, profitability and the NYSE listing they need just $100M now. (Sigh). They are offering a bond at 1.25 usd at list or 90% of list price. Franked at 10%.They are out of cash Q422 unless they can sell some bonds, or get some options exercised. So this is a sales pitch for the bond.Back of envelope suggests plan will give you a list price of c1.50 USD.New investors - better deals elsewhere.Current shareholders - sorry kids, two more years until you can get your cash out. Better hope for an industry sale.

I think it’s clear they have commercialised this product those revenue projections are HUGE and it’s going on NOW

Interesting that NED referred to Morgan's as underwriters. Wonder how much of the book they covered. As predicted - small cap investors not supporting unprofitable zero dividend pitches. Which Arria is. NYSE listing now the plan. There goes another $2M in fees alone...
