30/3/2022 17:39 | Thank you for that response. So still could be on, but very much appreciate your points. Any idea what that price point might be ? | kidknocked
30/3/2022 17:34 | The only reason to delay would be if their revenue numbers are not holding and the book build is failing on price. The CEO has been hustling in Sydney, showing the deck, videos etc. You can only do that once without losing perceived EV. They wanted a bookbuild with front end price. They may have to circulate prospectus and back end price it. The challenge may be that they have promised a list price scenario to the owners of NuSutus and whatever that sports story start up was so cannot flex their list price point. They have a price they have to hit and the market isn't buying it. There is absolutely no external reason to delay - in fact the opposite - avoid the year end rush critical for a Morgan's led retail buyer story like this one. War in Europe not pushing volatility. So any delay the SLTs own fault. Such a shame. Bunch of very historic shareholders sold to on promises want and need that liquidity. Arria has a bunch of Un sophisticated investors in who could do with their cash back. Cannot see it happening unless CEO and Board find a way to not need the $25M cash they want to take off the table at list and look to a more modest cap raise - $100m madness at the revenue levels they have. Once again waiting for big buyer to help make Pinocchio a real boy ... | windhill
30/3/2022 07:47 | Windhill, agree with what you are saying that fundamentals need to stand up. I would not be amazed if this was delayed further as a number of IPOs are being pulled. Do you think this has been postponed, or could it still move ahead ? | kidknocked
29/3/2022 21:21 | More than fair comments Windhill Nice post | legal alien

29/3/2022 20:19 | "Without contracted, recognized revenue this company is just a cult." Some of us having been pointing this out on here for years but the cultists always prefer to believe the fantasy... endlessly... | dingowatty
29/3/2022 19:51 | Dear Kidnocked. I assure you I am an individual. Not bitter and would love to see Arria fly. Just sharing broker insights from downunder. 2021 accounts show a massively unprofitable firm, almost ten years old, with none of the previous revenue assurances achieved. If they deliver a prospectus that shows genuine contracted revenue of $20m + and not some greasy story about bookings they have a shot at getting an IPO away at the value they need. To go from c$2M best case in ARR in FY21 to $20M FY22 or even CY22 to give them an extra quarter is a big leap - even with Dominoes. I don't doubt the prospectus will be glossy and full of vision statements but to get those instos in Chifley Tower and Governer Phillip Tower in Sydney in for a chunk the fundamentals will need to hold. Without contracted, recognized revenue this company is just a cult. | windhill
29/3/2022 15:09 | FYI - Arria has approx 1000 shareholders Wouldn't surprise me institutions take the full allocation of the IPO and hence the public miss out on the "IPO" price as shareholder criteria is already met for listing Of course existing shareholders will have access | legal alien
29/3/2022 13:53 | Legal Alien - yep, and then some. Exciting times. | kidknocked

29/3/2022 11:53 | 5.0 ★★★ Current Employee, more than 1 year The best corporate culture I have ever experienced 19 Aug 2021 - Anonymous Employee Recommend CEO Approval Business Outlook Pros Arria NLG is a great place to work. They really make a great effort to ensure all employees fit with the culture. Cons No cons from my perspective. If anything the place did not traditionally have a HR department, so sometimes you were a little lost with certain queries but they now made their first recruit. | kidknocked
29/3/2022 11:10 | He can afford the help. After all, he bought VLS which went up. Oh, darn it, it then fell flat on its face. Never mind, I am sure NLG will make up for it. The prospectus will detail how well they expect to do, won’t it? Now, remind me, where did I leave that prospectus? If only there was something tangible to hang on to, rather than good technology without a proven paying customer base. I’m not ruling it out, but without either a prospectus or even the 2020 financials (now hopelessly late), the patterns of behaviour appear to be too similar to those of the previous management. And the staff criticisms I posted remain apposite. Or you can simply dream. | psychochopper

29/3/2022 10:19 | A section of the lyrics of “I’m Still Waiting”. You might be better off waiting for love than this sodding IPO. Ooh, I'm waiting Ooh, still waiting I'm just a fool Ooh, I'm a fool (I'm just a fool to keep waiting) To keep waiting (I'm just a fool) For you (I'm just a fool) Ooh, I'm waiting (I'm just a fool) I'm still waiting (I'm just a fool to keep waiting) For love (I'm just a fool) For you (I'm just a fool) | psychochopper
29/3/2022 10:16 | Four now - just gave it a nod. Kid, do you wait by the post box each day waiting for the prospectus? Where can it have got to? | psychochopper
29/3/2022 10:05 | Hmmmmm. A new poster called Windhill - account created yesterday and voted up by three other posters after posting drivel. Hello Rackers once again. Very boring. | kidknocked |
