How many shares you got offered to you Windhill? I’ve got buyers that would be interested especially if it’s at a discount to $1.25, might even add some myself.

The OTC trading route is very straightforward through the registrar. I’m a broker in London and happy to arrange for zero bro if it’s to help existing/new shareholders.

In addition there is an IPO that will be announced imminently, so why don't these people just wait, its almost like you are making this all up. Maybe get back to trashing the company. This lengthy period appears to suggest that you need to counter Windhill’s suggestion that early investors simply want to cash some out, and promptly.

Why you have to moan and wail, rather than contest with fact-supported opinion is a mystery to me. Actually, it’s not, but that’s another matter.

Now a third group asking if I can arrange an OTC trade on NLG at strong discount to last round price. NLG has some long-hold early investors very keen to cash out. Tom Cruise could swing from this overhang. Joshing aside the last ask came with a sad tale of cash in and promises Un met. If you are an insider legal or kid you should know a chunk of your cap table is stressed and frankly sad. Getting any insight into this stock for them is why I'm on this board FWiW...
