Firstly there were 123 million shares in issue when this delisted,your now saying 600 million and it hasn’t resisted yet! That’s 75% dilution before we start!

Secondly Google Aonas capital! I haven’t got the energy to find out my notes from 5 years ago but if all I am is what a thousand miles out I can live with that! We only have your word that the loan has been repaid and your word is worthless!

Thirdly,I will look at the prospectus too! Conversion of the early debt was already written into the loan notes at 37p and a accompanying warrant! Not too sure why they were convert at three times the price,but time will tell!

Most importantly what dollar are you using the NZ,Aus or US…makes a significant difference?

Another notable addition to the Arria Board as a non-exec Director is Will Deane:

Will is a Managing Director of Exto Partners, a technology venture capital firm based in Sydney, Australia he co-founded in 2003. Will is also Managing Director of the B3V Fund focussed on investments in blockchain assets and NFTs. Will has founded, invested in or been a director of more than a dozen high growth and global businesses and has successfully managed IPOs, mergers and acquisitions for Exto’s portfolio companies. Will is currently a Director of RedHill Education (ASX:RDH), Tuned Global, Zetaris, EnVie Fitness, Optalert and WhiteSky Labs. Exto Partners has also invested in Airtasker (ASX:ART), Tribe, Hey You (Beat the Q), Sensear and Ondek.

William is an experienced corporate lawyer, having worked in Australia with Ashursts (formerly Blake Dawson) and in New York with Sidley Austin LLP and Skadden, Arp, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP. He has advised leading domestic and international corporations on capital raising, stock exchange listing (NYSE, NASDAQ and ASX), mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

William has been admitted to practice law in Victoria, Australia and New York, USA and has an L.L.B. (hons) from Bond University 1995 and a B.A (hons) from the University of Sydney 1992. William is member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

LuckyJack. Plus the guy heading that division up - Mark Goodey - left his job as head of investment analytics at Bank of New York Mellon to join Arria. He was also an exec director with JP Morgan.

The AGM was all we could have hoped for. Sales exploding, Prospectus out next month and listing in May, happy days!

Also great to note the SuperBowl Sunday stress test at Domino’s passed with flying colours!

Seeing how the range of products has developed in the last year is what I find most exciting. The 2023 AGM will no doubt be talking about even further applications of the technology that haven’t even been thought of yet.

The Arria Investment Analyst product will become a staple of every fund/investment house in the world. It’s mind-blowing.

Also loved the way she noted how long and how much its taken to get to this position, ive been involved since 2018 but am fully aware that others have alot longer

Just a quick look at the board you can see along the way they have kept control and not sold out to fast money on a raise

165 million raised privately is a HUGE achievement especially if you are NOT giving away board seats

Others will follow Dominoes once they fill the coffers on the IPO .. tech can literally be applied to anything potential is staggering

Another articulate and great post, thank you. This has taken a long time but definitely worth the wait. The Arria that will be listed is the global leader in one of 5 key pilars of AI.

I won't speculate on price, I have quite a few of these and don't want to get carried away with things.

Morning Kid , Seriously impressive stuff

I know a number of other investors that have participated in series D and everyone is absolutely buzzing now

They are making rapid progress as she demonstrated last night , the forward projections that will come with the prospectus in March will be extremely interesting , serious hockey stick growth in the next few years in my opinion. Great to see how quickly stuff is being deployed and how much hiring is going on and where those hires are coming from !!

Also the fact that narrative science has been taking out of the equation by Tableau - amazing

Plus the the partner she mentioned (WONT NAME) that specifically approached Arria says it all about being top of class

All total speculation on my part of course but if you asked me to guess where this is heading i would say 10 bucks by year end 20-30 next year if a US listing follows the Aussie quickly. But ultimately revenues will dictate and they seem SUPER BULLISH to me on that front

Bottom line this company is going to explode over the next few years .. as you have noted before SKY is literally the limit

Aja5 - Because I'm a nice guy I will point out the problems with your incoherent posts from last night. Suggest you do a bit more research next time:

- There are NOT 1.2bn shares - try around half that number.
- 'Monies from South America' - not true, was a Bahamas investment fund - Aonas capital and that has been fully repaid, therefore all the (really valuable) patents back in the ownership of Arria.
- There is very little debt left, a huge conversion exercise took place a few months ago with the vast majority of debt converting to fully paid up shares.
- The series D fund raise was at US $1.25 and was over subscribed, so that was the buy-in price, this will float north of that figure.
