He'd go on getting paid as a regular director, and I'm sure we'd give him a glowing reference if he did need to get another job, on the lines of "I am sure he will do you as he has done us".

If it is such a good investment surely he would hold onto most of his shares? Any new appointment would also surely buy in.

Think they will have to facilitate something re MDV ie move to increase share price sooner than KS retiring, can't afford MDV shares to be sold to replace a salary which may make people asking for his head to consider the consequences!!

Comparing with myself, I've spent years imagining that one day I'll be a rich man, I have some theoretically valuable assets whose price may one day reflect my perception of their value, but it's quite possible that ten or twenty years down the line I'll still be sat here holding a selection of undervalued shares and imagining that one day I'll be rich.

Is Ariana so much different? Is there actually a clear timeline to realising the value of their assets? Or are they just going to flounder around until KS wants to retire and then maybe he'll sell off whatever bits and pieces are in the company's portfolio at the time?

I think there is much in what you say Soulsauce, but they need to wake up to the benefits of taking the company from being a tiddler to being a medium sized company. That transition needs expertise they don't appear to have at present, but they do have some valuable assets, and aren't seeing the value of loyal shareholders.

But they don't want to encourage investors imo dodie, it all suits the narrative. Look at the evidence, a hopeless Chairman, brokers seemingly stymied, a PR company doing nothing but allow the Ceo to be aloof, and total lack of any mood music from the company to say they have any interest in shareholders or shareholder value.

There's a lot of doom and gloom this morning but the fundamentals are still the same, they have no debt, Tavsan is coming into production soon, and the marketing of this company remains rubbish. I don't sit in the anti MDV or KS camp, but the BoD really do need to get someone on board who understands how to encourage investors. This is a buying opportunity and I shall continue to add when I can, mad though that appears from the share price

Bigglesbingham you know the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting a different outcome.
You have raised all this stuff before and still it remains the same. They surely know you can call on 25% of shares and they are still intransigent.

I'm kind of hoping there aren't many new buyers as they would sell at 3p which knocks price back . Much prefer longer termers buy but I get enough is enough .

Loads of news my issue is this needs to thrust in face of buyers but they are not good at it and Yellow Jersey are inept as are the brokers . And yes soul I know who picks them
