Maybe they dìd presentations to the prof investment crowds and were asked Qs etc. Probably.

And what they said was not really wellcomed. So they now know what many professional investors think of them and since nothing new to be said about the general situation and strategy they reasonably gave up presenting to the same prof investment crowd. That rejected them obviously.why repeating the drill if no change

I believe 2075, but preferably 2100 will be the significant break out price.

Not sure what version of the gold price it refers to but Bloomberg header page shows GP currently 2072.

I just can't understand the lack of fight.
Come out punching and promoting the company properly instead of in the shadows in his Australian backwater.
Be proactive and tell the world what Ariana is all about and where you want it to go 🙄

soulsauce,

Your analysis is very close to what I currently feel about Ariana. However, my fear, if it turned out to be true, would be even worse. As things currently are, there is always a chance they may improve but if this is the best that it can get, then there is not much to look forward to.

Time for a bottle of Prosecco.

My fear has always been the opposite Jaf.
They have imo no interest in the day to day fluctuations of the share price, little interest in shareholder value and no idea or oblivious to what drives the market or PIs interest and so they have no thought to what they Rns and what they don't.
Quite sad really that the company has such an influential geologist at the helm but a staggeringly insignificant Ceo.

The big one is Salinbas though, last JORC was 2020 when it increased by 50% on some poxy due diligence drilling! They have drilled more in the last three years than the last 17 combined!!They have also hit the longest ever intercept of 462m.

soulsauce,

I have given up trying to work out the BoD's thinking. My fear is that they are doing the best they can, which if true, is very worrying for the company and its shareholders.

Resource upgrades for both Kiziltepe and Tavsan early this year were mentioned in the November presentation.

So what's next here?

For some reason, known only to the BoD, the more important information surrounding production at Kiziltepe was not added somewhere in the Rns and we got a rather flat update on Asgard.
It's as if they don't want to get the share price up.

JAF, whoever voted you down has enough spare cash to pay a membership fee - so is likely not a shareholder lol :-PP

JD,

What I find amusing is that someone voted down my post which was just factual.

You are right jaf, 5000 quote to sell maximum on 1web. Guess the market makers have so many on their books now they want no more.

Biggles, the other way in would be similar to PNT, where we "earn-in" via services rendered, but it still does highlight that there could be a cashflow issue down the line if we don't start receiving significant cash from the JV or dispose of one of Asgard's investments

2 years exploration results to add into Kiziltepe:
.
The Kiziltepe Gold-Silver Mine contains a depleted JORC Measured, Indicated and Inferred Resource of 222,000 ounces gold and 3.8 million ounces silver
(as at February 2022) - how much of an increase from 2 years drilling?

I use Lloyds Share Dealing and at the moment you can't even sell 50,000 Ariana shares.

Edit: Make that 10,000 shares. I've never seen it that low before.

Thank you for that insight Biggles, I found that interesting. I suppose being private the 'mature' shareholders are pretty much the only ones, so what you say makes sense and certainly provides a different perspective.

Thanks JAF. I hope the share price does get to 3p this year, but I'm trying to be realistic, but would love to be proved wrong.

On chatting to the Rockover guys I feel they understand the value of the project but also understand they need AAU input in other words AAU can bring the project to fruition and because they trust each other I would not be surprised to see an innovative deal which holdings of rockover obtained by AAU are linked to success of the project rather than cash injection. I don't know but I got the impression both parties are very keen and neither can succeed on this project without it other. The important thing here is; for rockover management, it's seen as there last meaningful project as they are all very experienced. Me being polite. For AAU they can walk away if they want as there are many other tentacles to the company.

xow98, I did a similar calc after reading the RNS this morning since Rockover is unquoted. Realistically there will probably not be a 'meaningful' stake since even 23.5% (which is popular with AAU) would be nearly $4.5m in total. Depending of course on your definition of meaningful in this context. The implied valuation of Rockover is consistent (in fact slightly lower I think) than that implied by the 13th November 2013 RNS announcing the initial stake. As I think Soul implied a meaningful stake would make dividends questionable even though I think they are already unlikely until 2025. The alternatives of debt in a high interest environment or a placing with a depressed share price in order to buy an increased stake is not attractive to me. So looks like one to add value and sell on. All in my opinion

I wouldn't be surprised if Kerim pulled a rabbit out of the hat this year. Bet that would silence a few critics...
