Today's sells could have been the beneficiaries of Starvest but don't know when they get their shares.

Backmarker- thank you. Apologies for getting your name wrong in my earlier post. From my perspective today's sells were almost certainly made by those who don't understand the company because they must have lost money on the overall transaction on a day when it would have been wiser to buy than to sell unless you thought there was something wrong with the company. I am more than ever convinced that Kerim knows exactly where we are going. He is too clever and careful to make a mistake and everything he does is for a reason. He knows what he is doing and plays his cards close to his chest, which is not to everyone's liking but as long as he gets results that is OK by me.

In fairness they bent over backwards today to pull in everybody to articulate the story. I have sent some very direct emails to the board over last twelve months over communication but I didn't sense any animosity even from Shiv at yellow jersey who had been on end of a few emails. So hopefully this can be a spring board to a more cohesive strategy regarding messaging.

Biggles - can't thank you enough for attending today and communicating back to shareholders some very interesting and important information. You have shown how the company should be treating their shareholders. I just hope they will learn by your example.

Thanks CC. And thanks Bigglesham.I wondered whether the MMs just wanted to shake out some extra stock ahead of a possible steady rise from here.Everything sounds very positive and maybe I'll take the opportunity of the retracement to swap out a few HUM and buy a few more AAU for trading the next leg.GLA

Today was for finding out information strategy. Building bridges after I'd sent some very strong messages regarding communication. They were extremely accommodating introducing me to Rockover owners so I understood their thoughts, getting Zac to explain the box scan equipment AAU first to use in world. Basically it uses AI to analyse results and seek out gold. Don't ask me how but it learns . And to be fair their results speak for themselves in finding gold .

Dynamic in terms of realising project from inception to production. With mining there's no such thing as dynamic as understood by investors. But get your drift. They are certain no one trick pony anymore.

Well done Biggles and thanks for all the feedback. Was communication discussed? Did you mention the lack of financials which investors want. Did you get the impression they recognise the need to up their game or will standoffish procedures continue. Any comment about Starvest investors? Perhaps some are using the liquidity today to sell stock.Overall there does seem to be a coherent plan which is comforting.

Ha ha seven pound fifty. Joking apart the mining experience in that room was tremendous even Kerims dad was there. I feel the foundations have well and truly been sown to develop into a company who can reward shareholders though a combination of dividends and increased share price. And perhaps further one off dividends when projects or companies are sold.

They have discovered some exceptional targets. By all accounts. Apliki - as we all know there is more than one way to skin a cat.

Re the Asgard funds might have made sense but did we know about it at the time bigglesbingham? A moot point now anyway.
Hmmm maybe the funders are happy to give up money to sink into the ground in Cyprus as they know they will be back for more before long.
Good to hear there is still potential of something at Apliki.

Several companies they invest in are private with a view to going public. Taking holdings in companies usually involves AAU drilling expertise. Their name is getting around .

I asked the question actually but this is heap leach op so not a question of adding ballmill or increased throughput. The extra resource will extend minelife rather than ounces.

Also they hold just under £7 liquid asset which they are very comfortable with ahead of tarsvan completion. They confirmed no additional money has been used to fund tarsvan it's all come from kiziltepe . The reduction in last interims is simply investment into projects.

Finally money to set up Asgard. This surprised me at the time in that I found out it came from the sale of a lithium investment which Kerim invested only 35000 but returned £3m we heard nothing about it for two years and it was announced that it was the ceed money for Asgard. Soulsource at the time raised the question as to how come they sat on it for 2-3 years. We what they did was an intercompany loan to help them in the difficult capital raising years 2016-17 then they repaid it once kiziltepe was producing. Which hope you agreed soulsauce makes perfect sense.

Finally the overall strategy is as I have stated in the past. Build a sound fundamental base producing enough money that you can explore without going to market and enough to provide a dividend stream proving capital discipline. Kiziltepe tarsvan. Have projects at different stages of development. The farthest one out being project leopard greenfield site. But have many projects where you are invested in the companies rather than royalties on a project. With those projects you've always got the opportunity of blue sky returns.

All companies are struggling to get capital. AAU now flat today on what is good news, as the market wonders at the dazzling array of potential black holes in the AAU portfolio.

Venus very interesting chat with Kerim on this. He said IPO for exploration is way more attractive than IPO for producers of copper. He said it sounds bizarre but it's true. Everything ready to go. We benefit from IPO by get money to drill some recently discovered excellent prospects in Cyprus's and own reduced holding becomes worth substantially more. However he's in Cyprus in two week to see if they can come to some form of agreement regarding apliki.

The owners of Rockover were sat next to me but I clear Kerim has a great relationship with them. I asked how they had found Zimbabwe and they were extremely positive they had exceptional track record there. I asked if project dockwe so good why do they want to involve others. We talked around that subject and my read was they aren't the youngest (as to would expect with such experience) and they want to work with a proven dynamic company they trust who can introduce and work with trusted partners to bring the project in in short order. The want a smaller piece of a bigger pie. Similar to what AAU have done. I still need to do homework on the region but feel much more comfortable after today. I brought up the fisher jurisdiction report to Kerim who dismissed it and pointed out no turkey or Cyprus. Said it was subjective based on a few individuals experience. But DYOR
