AAU know they won't be taking Salinbas to production. The game there is to prove up enough to attract the likes of SSR and Lidya - who'll be very keen to develop it as they take Hod Maden into prodiction just doen the road. A sale and retained NSR would see AAU shareholders very happy indeed.

Ariana today reports further results from the on-going drill programme at the Salinbas gold-copper project in northern Turkey, in which it has a 23.5% interest. Once again Kerim pulls a rabbit out of the hat right on cue. I have always trusted his judgement on operational matters. Maybe its about time a few others did the same but at the same time he should perhaps listen more carefully to the concerns of his shareholders

Ariana – Drilling Results At Salinbas: That’s More Like It! BUY.

AIM-listed Gold producer in Turkey Ariana Resources (AAU) has announced drilling results from its potential blockbuster at Salinbas this morning. Whilst there remains much work to do, the numbers went down well with Mr Market, with the shares up by 9% (a big rise for Ariana).

Development mentioned, but we're a long way from that and need tens of millions of dollars for that to be a reality.

Finally more good news from Salinbas, and more importantly good to see the share price responding but disappointing after all this time that "we remain at a very early stage in the overall development of this project area"
Maybe a heads up as to why he has decided to jump in to Zim.
I hope they change the production from '25 on their next presentation.
