Now now haha All getting frustrated at the moment no doubt but we are all in the same boat. Having a few bad days watching my portfolio of late. We need gold to stabilise and turn, some nice news flow should be inbound any day so hopefully we can start bucking the AIM trend downwards. No ones enjoying the markets atm at the moment I'm sure.

begs the question is this merely rubber stamping for sake of rules or is it a necessary prerequisite to some corporate action? capital reduction?

Yes unfortunately not enough care was taken to keep dilution in check over the years with the choices made.
That said they got in to production where many didn't so on balance 🤔

I am sure it may put some investors off however even though it is the mkt cap that matters.

Well said Plas, share price was always going to drift for the two weeks without news following insider deals, but they have put their house in order now and once the 'quiet' period is up, I am expecting fireworks into April. It would be good if PM's turn the corner at the same time to really lift this. imho

After directors buy shares, as Kerim and Michael did recently, there is normally a period of no news to meet FSA regulations. They need such a window to avoid any possible insider trading accusations. All the positive news flow that we are all looking forward too is obviously still there just we have to wait a little longer to turn the corner. New tax year will herald an exciting time imo.

Down again. Charles, I think you need to look at the gold and silver prices which are also down yet again.AAU should start marketing themselves in Turkey. There could be more interest in us over there. Doesn't seem to be much appetite in the UK; maybe it's the Erdo?an factor. And as I've said before YJ need to come up with a few ideas or step down.
