In addition to the North Falkland Basin Licence PL001, the transaction gives ARL shareholders access to potential upside in the Canje licence, offshore Guyana, in a basin that has been the highlight of the oil industry for several years, enjoying prolific success from numerous giant oil discoveries.Who are ARL shareholders, don't they mean ARG. Can't get the name right.

Ultimately shareholders may reject the offer as it undervalues the company. This may flush out another bid or an existing player to step in...rkh, navitas etc. Arg's licenses are adjacent existing large discoveries...

Interesting that a Canadian company is launching a bid when you consider the Canadian stakebuilding in bor. Maybe the Canadians will dominate the Falklands oil gold rush?

Problem is that we end up with shares in a Private company, so how do we sell those? Deal may smoke out another bidder, very cheap, highly prospective, millions spent on surveys. All for around £3 million. This outline deal was probably necessary to prove up financial capability for the license extension. Lets see what happens and be prepared to vote against.

I know full well, few years ago, the BOD are against
Any dilution. This is the 2nd time that the chairman has
Put his own money to prevent dilution.
I am unfazed and happy to keep holding and adding when possible,
