Alm,

The price is 35K not just because someone is willing to buy it at that...but also because someone is willing to sell it at the same price.
The word 'value' is a misnomer, it doesn't figure. The only 'value' is in the imagination of the owner.
Price is all there is whilst you own it. Risk is being in the market....not out of it !

Interesting.

Unfortunately looking into the future, after the race to the bottom for everyday jobs on zero contracts and no pensions, I suspect that the same thing will happen to some overpaid 'professionals'.

Presumably blockchain financial auditing is not far off either.

lefrene - you'll work it out eventually - when the price is much higher - seriously do some proper research and read or watch on YouTune the likes of Raoul Pal, Vitalik Buterin, Andreas Antonopoulos, Roger Ver etc....

Otherwise you're going to watch a very painful rise from the sidelines.

It is the energy which provides the backing for the un-attackable trustless global value transfer network that is Bitcoin.

suffernofools, I simply don't get it. I'm aware that it's a trading medium which a few businesses find acceptable, and I'm aware that it's currently out of the power of governments and thus creates a medium to 'wash' money. So for those reasons I can see it's useful to big players, but at the same time it's backed by even less 'real' stuff than fiat government money, ie governments that have real assets like ports, railways, roads and utility systems (see China settles outstanding loans). So I just don't get it, it doesn't seem to have anything of real value to it, but it must be consuming vast amounts of electricity to create nothing of real worth. But anyway good luck, I hope ARB keeps delivering for it's investors.

It was impossible to buy any in the last 20 minutes. I expect the stock gathered today will be going on the OTC for above 100p.
