I think Friday or Monday, personally... otherwise the slow share price puncture will be just too big to repair. Leave it any later and the share price will be back around 0.50 / 0.60 I expect!

They've just granted themselves the right to dilute existing shareholders by over 500 Million+ new discount shares.

I expect anyone recently caught in the lobster-pot will be running for the hills before the inevitable placing news lands and hopefully prior to the forward selling starting in earnest!

The date of share acquisition (according to the 8.3 form relating to Mr Singh acquiring his shares) is stated as 12th Jan... but as 1347 rightly points out, that does not stack up re any reported volume.

Hmm, this one is interesting as it's a new holder and over 3% with 40,00,000 shares. JT I don't see how they could have been bought yesterday as the volume was only 138k and 20.83 m on the 11th, according to LSE data, unless some late reported trades are shortly going to appear. If he was over 3% before the 6th then that should have been disclosed earlier on a TR-1. If he's bought betweeen the 6th and the 11th then a form 8.3 should have been issued earlier. Also comes out just after the (E)GM?
