I must admit, the fact that there's not been a single peep out of the previously endlessly spamming multi-ID ramptastic squad here since 10:10 am today is indeed more than curious. That's coming on three hours of radio silence now from parties that have expelled their uberpositive verbal diarrhoea at least ten times an hour, every hour for the last several weeks...

I wonder if they've been stood down, job done (as best as they could manage)? Makes me wonder exactly what's going to be contained in the post-(E)GM announcement... perhaps more than I'd thought? I was expecting Monday 17th Jan at the earliest for news other than approval of the new 874 million bits of confetti authority...?

Or (and perhaps more likely, since ED has literally just started posting again after an hour or so hiatus next door), all the multi-ID ramptastic squad have been busy between the hours of 11am and 1pm today? Perhaps he/they had a meeting to attend or something....

JT No I missed that bit of insightful analysis. I'm also so bored, with waiting for Anguish Energy to deliver some shareholder value, or at least make some progress on projects that gets the share price up. I still have my suspicions as to what degree this is all just due to ineptness or has been contrived all along. I expect any bids will be low ball, Paddy has form for that has he not?

JA The Forms 8.5 are for WH Ireland as Exempt Principal Trader. The Forms 8.3 they have also issued are on behalf of others, as named. Note, two sets of rules are in play here, which is why there are two different forms.

JT I'm not sure what post you are referring to. Anyway, it's quite hard to post anything positive about Anguish Energy since they have demonstrably failed to deliver any successful project ever, during which time a number of, what I regard as misleading, statements have been made by Directors, both past and present, shareholders have also undergone signifcant dilution of holdings, the assets are now mortgaged to others and they are saddled with £12m of debt (plus the Knowe CLN) on onerous terms. As a result the share price is now circa 10% of what is was when Lucan was installed. So not much to be positive about is there unless you are completely delusional.

Yes... that's what all discerning buyers look for isn't it: immediate massive share dilution, further operational delay and not a clue on any eventual success!?!?!

I'm sure Anguish has potential buyers queuing up around the rainbow block... they're all sat in line tightly gripping the reins to their unicorns!

CQ: and the multiple bidders lining up to compete for Anguish will be delighted to find there's 50% more shares in issue than there were when they last looked at it. Unless the share price adjusts accordingly.

The trouble is, the shills and sundry scatophiliacs on here have made it impossible for me to write a positive post. They’d merely quote back to me the idiotic arguments I’d raised in support of buying it.

So WH has issued 5 Form 8.5 regarding Angus Energy Plc since the 6th.

Are they doing it for clients or is this their holding and have to submit a form 8.5 each time they sell/buy or move from a short position etc?

What I'm wondering is if the Warrants are theirs or a different client in each case?

JT We've had the discussion. Disclosure is based on % of voting rights (normally it's the issued share capital of common stock), unissued shares, which are what warrants effectively are in a way, do not count towards that %. If you, or anyone, can post some documentation that indicates otherwise I'd be happy to stand corrected. I see nothing untoward in the RNS's issued since the takeover process was announced thus far.

1347/JA51: if the warrants have to be included, then Clive whatshisname would have been over 3% when he got them, wouldn’t he, if you add the shares which came with the warrants? Unless the shares were pre-sold or sold the day he got them (which would have been very difficult). There’s no market in the warrants.

What I have instead asked is "how many shares will you now issue, George? When and at what price will these need to be placed?"

You know this, so I am afraid you're just repeating your lies by suggesting anything different. Into the filter bin you go (again).
